Our wine club, Barrel Buddies, had a few wine pairing dinners at Anacapa. The food and service was always excellent. I understand that Anacapa is still closed for renovations. When do you expect to open and will we be able to have private events there again? We are particularly interested in a December holiday party for as many people as you can handle. Thanks!

This is a very nice restaurant inside the Corte Bella subdivision. You have to go through the gated entry, but you just tell the guard that you are going to the restaurant. Masks are optional now. Most people were not wearing them. This place is above average with white table clothes, expensive silverware, and real cloth napkins. Prices were very reasonable, plus we had a coupon from the local paper that gave us 10 percent off one entree. They are very generous with their wine. Our glasses were 3/4 full instead of only half full when they came out. Note that this place caters to the older Sun City West crowd. We drove over from Sun City Grand. If you don’t know the area, you will need your map app on your phone to find it and to get back home. I highly recommend the Anacapa Restaurant.

Tiffany and the Waitstaff were Excellent. Very Attentive, never had to ask for a thing. Fish and Chips were tasty. Tai Pan Chicken Salad was very good and lots of Chicken. The Cheeseburger was very good too.

We truly enjoy eating at Anacapa. The menu items are tasty and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. We particularly enjoy a pre-dinner drink on the patio with our reserved table waiting for us when finished. With company arriving later this month. When is Anacapa planning to reopen? We would like to treat our visitors to your hospitality.

A very lovely setting, great staff. I ordered fish and chips, my go to at a new place I’m not familiar with. Fish was good, but tiny portions. I ordered onion rings instead of fries, and they were the best onion rings I’ve ever had!

We had a pleasant dinner here with family. We had a prime rib and a salmon both were very good and cooked to perfection. Sliced bread was served on the side which was too hard. Very difficult to eat. The vegetables were sparse and undercooked. The atmosphere was very nice. Overall it was a nice meal but rather pricey.

Maybe it was our luck but if you go, make a reservation. We got put at a table where it seemed everyone was walking and they were not that busy. The food was pretty good. Any place that has ceaser salad with anchovies is good. Problem is that 4 tables that came in after us got and finished their food. The staff did make it right before we left which is nice. Might good back but after some time.
