You either love it or hate it. I personally can tell you no one in this area Sandusky can beat there fried rice or there wonton soup. They have several items that are very good everything is made fresh! Andy the owner also work on certain days and when he makes your order consider your self lucky!

I order from them frequently, but no longer will due to their poor customer service and business ethics. 3 weeks ago I ordered 20 egg rolls with my order and they only sent 1. When I called they kept saying I have to contact doordash because they messed up. Finally got Andy on the phone and he said he would credit it to my next order. So the next time I placed the order, I asked for the credit. The employee on the phone said she remembered, but Andy didn’t. Another lady got on the phone and said that I will have to call door dash again because it was their mistake. So I told her it was a mistake on their part and they already agreed to honor it. She then got nasty and said it’s my fault not theirs and they don’t do that there. I know a few friends that have had the same experience with them and this was the first for me. This will be the last time I order from them. They have no accountability or sense of customer service. Update: was currently waiting for the last order I will ever place with them while writing this review…..surprise they left out an order of general chicken with this order.

I’m new in town and decided to order Chinese and looked up the nearest place around. I ordered two of Andy’s dragon rice with shrimp beef chicken and pork And some sides to go with those. I ended up paying around 55$ and the food was hot but not up to par. The rice had mainly pork in it and veggies and I found only two shrimps in one and the other one had a single shrimp in it. The crab Rangoon were greasy and had hardly any crab it was mainly cream cheese. This is my first bad experience with Chinese takeout ever. The staff was nice over the phone when I ordered even though they were busy and the delivery was in under 30
