While traveling through to Eureka Springs we randomly stopped in for dinner. The place wasn’t too busy on a Thursday evening around 7pm. Our waitress meshed very well with uor humor/personality, almost as if she was extended family. Not only did she mesh well and liked among our group she took very good care of us.

I dont believe this place deserves one star. It smelled like moth balls. Then they served noodles that were so over cooked they were back to flour consistency. The Alfredo sauce was great. The chicken was a prebreaded patty from school cafeteria, over cooked and rubbery. I have never just not eaten, we paid and left after 4 bites. Aweful!

After being heavily filled on Valentine’s day and one of their employees walking out, a now understaffed Angelino’s still brought a sense of urgency and compassion to their meals. Our waitress was amazing (I believe her name was Kaylan) and our food was hot. Though we waited a while they constantly brought us Refills and Bread. I absolutely would recommend. We WILL be back!

I didn’t rate the food, because we never got any. We entered the restaurant and there was only one other person seated. We got our waters and ordered our food, then watched as the two groups who came in after us got their bread and salads. I asked about some bread for our table and was told they were busy making salads. After a 45 minute wait and only receiving water, we got up and walked out.

Yesterday I was in the mood for Italian and Angelinos did not disappoint me. I ordered I think pasta sampler (manicotti, lasagna, and fettuccini alfredo) my husband ordered the chicken parmigiana. The bread was very good as well as the desserts. I had a canoli and my husband had the chocolate mousse cake. The desserts are rich. We easily had leftovers to take home. The waitress was knowledgeable and courteous. Did not care so much for the background music, would have preferred traditional Italian music.

Incredibly disappointed with our last visit. The food has always been good with each visit so that is not my complaint. The owner should do something about the wait staff. Be ready to ASK for everything. And when you do be prepared to wait some more for it. My biggest disappointment was the argument between two waitresses while serving a table about her taking a table out of turn. Very awkward! Another complaint was when one staff member went outside to for a break another was hollering across the room where are you going and that she was going next. Unprofessional! Needless to say we were annoyed and disappointed. Not sure we will return after this experience.
