First timer at this establishment yesterday. We have been wanting to try their food for over a year and decided before our outing downtown to stop here and enjoy dinner…or so we thought. We got here at 5:30. Walked in and there is a sign stating to ring the bell for service. I rang the bell, made eye contact with multiple servers numerous times and no one acknowledged us. I work customer service and even though I may not be able to assist in the moment I still acknowledge the clients, no one did that for about 5 minutes. Then we had 3 people ask us if we have been helped within 15 seconds. Once seated we were able to place our appetizer order: fried mushrooms, calamari and ravioli. The fried ravioli was pretty good, calamari was decent and the mushrooms were extremely oily/watery. After experiencing subpar appetizers we decided to go light on the entrees and split an order of shrimp alfredo and the NY strip. I requested extra sauce in the Alfredo and the steak to be medium rare. Unsure if I actually received extra sauce and the steak was completely well done. The pasta and shrimp had ZERO flavor. The steak was extremely buttery. The French onion soup and green beans that came with the meals also were extremely flavorless. I doubt we will be returning.

I wish I could give them a better rating. The Food was decent but was slow to arrive. Almost 2 hours door in to door out. The Wait staff is definitely lacking, I assume kitchen is the same since it was so long. Drinks also were slow. Monday Pasta special was a nice find. Both our meals(not pasta special) were tasty. The world we live in has damaged this restaurant.

The food is honestly pretty good. However, every. Single. Time. I have gone it takes 15 minutes to get sat, and you won’t see a server for at least 20 minutes. Twice they have caught me leaving (before I ordered anything) and it’s the same excuse “we are understaffed. There were probably 12 people there with at least 5 servers. I get angry every time I go. I don’t know why I keep trying.

Used to be my favorite place but last night changed that! Less than 10 people seated but had to wait 10 minutes to be seated even though 4-5 wait staff walked by. After being seated we waited over 35 minutes for service and that was after we finally managed to get someone over to the table to talk! Food was fair but took forever to get, will be a long time before we go back!

Let me start off saying the food is excellent. The service, on the other hand, is terrible. We put up with it when we’d go there because the food is so good, but the last time we went was the last straw. We were seated right away, given water, then waited a good 15 mins with no other acknowledgment from the staff, we watched as people came in after us and were asked for drink orders. We ended up walking out when a family came in and were asked for their order. I hope the owners/management sees this and does something about this situation because, as I said, the food is excellent.

Celebrated Father’s Day with out of town parents. Plenty of seating for our family of 6. Spacious, fast & friendly!! Ordered lasagna & French onion soup. The same but even better dish I ordered years ago with even bigger plates filled to to rim with Plenty to eat!

Went to order food order a medium pizza extra cheese and a side it was 26.40. I asked if I could see why it was so much. They said a double item was 3.00 extra but I asked when when I only asked for one extra item. Said that’s how it always has been. Been I asked If I could have my money back said more than happy to give me my money back. While I said I haven’t had that before at any other restaurant. She said smugly laughed at me. I said I may write a review and she told me whatever as I left. But couldn’t explain how a singe item could cost more than an extra cheese. Instead of trying to answer my question or provide a solution. She wanted to get agitated. Now if if I asked for extra sausage or any other topping I understand. But she couldn’t explain if why it was 3 dollars more compared to a 1 topping for a 1 dollar more.
