The Google menu prices aren’t accurate. Showed up expecting to pay about $45 after taxes. Ended up paying $60 for 2 pizzas because “they’ve been meaning to update the prices” is what the lady told me. What a joke. For a $30 “deep dish” pizza, the toppings were super sparse, the crust was flat and tough, the “deep dish” was as deep as a Jacks frozen pizza (see picture), yet they have a hidden upcharge for $5 for ordering “deep dish”. The owners are making a hell of a profit with their scam – I hope the extra money you made off of me is worth the one star and an angry customer. Dominos “2 for $14” pizzas deal is the better choice.

Only 2 staff members to run the entire place for table service and take out. The wait time was ridiculous. When the pizza finally came, the top looked great but crust underneath was nearly raw it was so limp and doughy. Pizza was sent back, came back 10 minutes later, and top was crispy and brown, crust underneath still raw. They need to figure out their oven temps.

My order was a takeout. The pizza was great. The garlic cheese bread was a joke. I’ve never seen garlic cheese bread so small. I didn’t look at my receipt but I’d be willing to bet the price was not small…?

This place was by far the best!! Not no more. I’ve definitely had better pizzas at a local bar. So not a homemade crust or the lack of sauce. I’m posting this only in concern that this is not close to the staple pizzas you provided to all of us in the past. Please change your ways back to what you where known of! I’m sooo sorry to say that you will never succeed with what you offer.. Really miss the best pizza.

Tonight I ordered pick up. When I arrived home I realized there was an error made in my order. I called Angelo’s and they went above and beyond to make things right including delivery of a new pizza with the correct toppings to an address outside of their normal delivery area. Mistakes happen and what really matters is how you recover and Angelo’s went above and beyond tonight. Thank you for excellent service!

I’m so glad to have you back in business! We ate dinner at the restaurant on 4/17/23, and everything was delicious, and the service was awesome. The pizza here reminds me of my Chicago pizzas I ate as a kid! The best pizza in Wausau and the surrounding area! Keep up the great job!
