My go to pizza place when I’m on the east side of Columbus. Staff is always friendly and so polite. I love it that they know me by name now and greet me when I come in to pickup my order. Hands down The BLT pizza is better than any other I’ve tried from other pizza places that has the option on their menu. These young people answer phone at Whitehall location are rude. If u don’t like job get a new one he slammed the phone down when he hung up on me I’ll call back and ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold and have the nerve to tell me he was too busy to come to the phone that is so unprofessional..I have been a customer since the1980’s of multiple locations. This Whitehall location on the weekends needs customer service make over. I will not be ordering from this location. Out of the 15 years I’ve ordered from this location. Horrible order taking and obviously a sloch weekend mgr..Who should never be to busy to address customer issue. Let me enlighten not so bright young people. If people didn’t patronize. Your little learning brain wouldn’t have a job.

Good service. Good pizza. Unfortunately they also had really good meatball subs and now I see they’ve taken them off their menu (even though the Noe-Bixby location which doesn’t deliver still offers the sub). That was really all I ordered from there anymore and they were a convenient half mile away down the road. Used to be good for buying 2-3 at a time to get me through a day or so, spent a good $35+ per trip including good tips to the delivery driver. Guess I don’t really have a need to do any business with them anymore.
