While at another very crowded diner with a 20 minute waiting period, a gentleman suggested I visit this place. A quick drive later, I was seated immediately and enjoying a very delicious breakfast (Angie’s House Special). The waitress was super friendly and tended to my every need. The only thing I would recommend is adding maple syrup to the menu to go with their delicious pancakes. The coffee could’ve been stronger but otherwise, it was good. I was super happy that I went here instead!

So I took my family of 6 there. I had the meatloaf and double fries with gravy. The meatloaf was so tender and juicy. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly as can be. The desserts are to die for. And all 6 of us eat dinner and dessert with drinks for less than 90$. Amazing time amazing atmosphere. We will be back. Our number one place to eat.

To say that Angie’s Diner and Lounge is spectacular is the understatement of the century. If you are looking to experience the Pennsylvania culinary culture that thrives in the local restaurants and can only find most times by pure chance you can do no better than Angie’s. It is right next to the Best Western I stayed at and is quite literally a two minute walk away. My first time swinging open the doors I was greeted by a pseudo 1950’s neon bar/restaurant feeling. You seat yourself and are immediately greeted by friendly staff who are happy to assist you and are quite courteous. Their menu is vast, filling the margins of the pages with every hearty and mouth watering form of sustenance you can imagine. I myself am prone to spice so my experience while limited in the scope of variety I can say for certain that if you are a lover of all that is spicy the extra hot wings are a fantastic challenge. The burgers are especially delectable at the medium well option. Sauces including the marinara, hot sauce, and barbecue appear to be homemade and provide a great addition to any dish. I had the great honor of meeting the owner who was manning the floor on my first night eating at Angie’s. A kind individual who obviously cares about the guests and their experience at the restaurant. If the owner does ever see this review please know that in my entire life I have never had a more pleasant and heart warming experience in a restaurant than I did at your establishment. Thank you for providing the ultimate dining experience.

We thought we would visit this restaurant b/c we often wondered how it was. But we won’t visit again. The guy who waited on us made us a low priority. Other patrons were more important. The prices were pricey. He didn’t check back right after food was delivered. No ketchup, no drink refill, no crackers for soup. After we were 3/4 done, he comes back to check on us. A real kicker was that they charged a $1 extra for “gravy all over” the hot chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. Gravy comes with a hot chicken sandwich. I never asked for extra gravy.

Old school diner. You know the type, stainless steel interior, counter, booths. But with a bonus lounge attached! The guy that served my family and I was a great guy. We were staying at the Best Western 2 doors up the street, and had lunch there the first day we were there. The next night while trying to decide what to have for dinner, it was a unanimous decision to order takeout from the diner. Fantastic food at very reasonable prices with great portion sizes. Can’t recommend it enough! If any of the staff or owners reads this, thank you for 2 great meals! FYI, I had the Jack Cheese Burger both times because it was so good! My wife had the cheeseburger melt and bacon cheeseburger, and my daughter had the regular cheeseburger and cheese ravioli.

Jeff was an amazing bartender. Great pour on the drinks. We only had the pretzel logs, which were hot & fresh. Diversified crowd. All genres of music were played. Had a fantastic time. LOVE “local” bars.

We found Angie’s Diner simply by looking up restaurants in the area of our hotel. Glad we chose it! It’s a small diner with booths and counter seating. The host / manager / waiter… whatever he was… was awesome. He was like a one man show with a bubbly and fun personality. Food was good and plentiful, but the best was the homemade cheesecake, smooth and creamy, so delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Definitely recommend!
