It’s horrible when the Mgr. Screws up both of my pizza’s I ordered. She was in such a rush to get off the phone and i made sure to repeat my toppings but she didn’t seem to care and got them completely wrong. Also they are not willing to do anything for their screw ups, that’s not good customer service at all. Def. Go somewhere else it’ll be worth the drive.

Orderd a pizza Friday, July 8, 2017. To be delivered. They messed up order wouldn’t refund money gave credit. Used credit next night- food was passable. The woman manager was one rude B****. She will be reason this place goes out of business. Oh well back to Florida for me please keep this woman in Ohio.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. I’ve ordered from Angilos for many years and have never seen anything like this. THEY ACTUALLY ROBBED ME. I ordered delivery tonight and after an hour my order came. I paid and tipped the driver.when I opened all of the bags I realized that I was short a hoagie. I called to let them know that they had forgotten it. I was rudely told that it would be at least another hour before they could bring one, I expressed that I had already waited an hour for my delivery and that I found it ridiculous to wait another hour. I was then told that I would be charged another delivery charge. I then went to the store to get my 5.99 that I had paid for the hoagie that was never made. I was then told that it was against company policy to give my money back. I was told that I could have a credit, but I couldn’t have my money back. I don’t want a credit to a place I plan on never doing business with again. I would advise others to choose one of the other pizza places in town.

Worst taco pizza ever! I’ve noticed rude behavior on the phone and refusing to refund for any of their mistakes, which happen alot! I’ve tried several different menu items but they are all bad. I’d advise to go out of town for pizza and any other dinner items.

Placed order at 5:50 on 12/21/2018 told 1 hour. 1 hour 10 minutes later watch driver drive past. Called them to ask if the pizza was in route. The lady said I just yelled at my staff to find out what’s going on and said it’s still in oven. 2 hours later still waiting on pizza and they claim it’s out for delivery.

Ordered my pizza at 1:55, was told it’d take 45-60 minutes. It’s now 3:21 and they still aren’t here.. highly disappointed. In the past they’ve usually been on time 🙁

The new owner needs to use the same burger and bun as the previous owner. The meat was bad and bun a disappointment. Chefs salad not as good either. I came from Wilmington to be disappointed. I won’t be back.

Now I remember why I quit ordering theremonths ago..be very specific when placing an order there..tonight ordered lunch meat Hoagy.ask was asked if I want italian dressing I said no ask if I still want onions banna peppers said yes specific no dressing it arrived with pizza sauce on it.what part do they not get if I don’t want italian why would I want pizza sauce they assume everyone eats pizza sauce on everything ordered over 20.00 in food.hoagy was trash bound had more pizza sauce than toppings an meat looked like pizza bread I counted it had 4 pieces of meat?.girl on phone lacks customer service skills worked all my life in food would never be so not trying to keep our customers happy an coming back..won’t ever be ordering there again or recommend them even for my dogs.
