From walking in the door employees were very attentive and helpful. Place was clean. Food was good and filling. Price was good considering the amount of food. Taste more like homemade than most burger joints.

I had low expectations walking in. I thought would be a run of the mill generic burger joint. To my surprise was very tasty. Fries were pretty decent too. It sure if the are fresh cut or frozen. I’m betting frozen but still very good. Dining room was very clean. Even the garbage cans were clean. Only grip is most of the ketchup bottles on the table were empty.

Family friendly burger joint! There were plenty of seatings for large groups. I think the is one of thos hidden gems in NWA that should be more popular! This place is like one of those places you’d would take the wife and kids to after church on Sunday as a tradition. Like it just has that type of vibe you know? The burgers are nice and juicy and prob has one of the best cheese pulls that I’ve had on a burger. I got the slap jack and it was awesome! I asked for extra fresh jalapeños and they delivered! It was littttttttttttttt!

The burger was really good – Fresh bun and great seasonings. I would suggest getting anything in a double if you want to taste much meat. The single is very small. The fried egg is always a great edition to a burger. My biggest complaint is paying for a side and getting a very small portion. They were also soggy and seemed a little old. Service was good. Everyone was very nice and answered any of my questions about their menu.

Probably one of the most delicious burgers you’re going to find in Bentonville. You can absolutely tell that this is not a frozen patty and they probably just patties it out before they threw it on the grill. The fries are home cut and are so delicious. They actually give you so much fries. You probably can’t finish it all yourself.

Love the burgers and home cut fries. The choices of drinks are not so good. Many options on the fountain were either not working or Pepsi products which I’m not a fan of. No ice tea either that I could. The kid who waited on us was ni e just not very enthusiastic or forthcoming with info on menu.

I’ve been eating at Angus Jack’s for a few years now and up until the last 12 months it’s been good. If I was a first time customer I can’t say that I’d come back though after the last three experiences I’ve had. I don’t know if they are having staffing issues or if COVID hit them harder than most but their quality of service has dropped significantly. First off, I always order their sweet potato fries and they are delicious. Never had a problem with my foods taste, which is one reason this isn’t a 1 star. Now the hard part. The First bad experience was when I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and their agave dipping sauce and didn’t get any dipping sauce. I had already left and was back at my desk, so going back wasn’t an option. The Second bad experience was very similar to the first. The difference was quantity and quality. They served me half as many sweet potato fries, 1 of them had gone bad, and they forgot my dipping sauce. The Third time was the last for me. I tested them this time to see how it would turn out. I ordered a haystack jack with regular fries, a sweet tea, and a sweet potato fries basket with extra dipping sauce. They failed the test. As you can see in the photo they skipped on the portions, the burger was smaller than normal, and they forgot my sweet tea and extra dipping sauce. When I went back to get the extra sauce and sweet tea they ended up giving me an unsweetened tea. I was back at my desk again by the time I noticed the tea. You have good tasting food and your ingredients appear to be quality. It’s a shame your service has dropped. I wish you the best but I won’t be visiting again for a while.

I love Angus Jack burgers! BUT I ordered a Door Dash delivery tonight and when my dasher arrived they had given my order to someone else. When I called the restaurant to inquire I was told it wasn’t their problem. Very poor customer service!

Been eating here off and on since they opened. Been a while since I’ve been back. Must say, quality is not what it used to be. While burger is ok, the fried mushrooms I got were crispy, had a slight off taste and I’m not sure how to eat when it’s mostly bits and pieces. For as much as they cost I would expect something I can actually eat. Pretty disappointed.

Onion rings were really good, french fries are average you will want ketchup because they aren’t very good on their own. Burgers were really good I got the Cactus burger and she got the haystack burger. The way the hamburger patties are done are great and the whole sandwich is soft and good. If I had one complaint and it’s not a big complaint it would be to put a little more sauce on the burgers. Service was great! The lady repeated everything back correctly at the drive-thru menu then was very friendly at drive-thru window. And no mistakes! Everything was there, food and condiments I really appreciate that! I definitely recommend this place!
