Absolutely delicious! Amazing ramen and the pork is to die for. Easy to order – it’s all automated. I did not have to wait long for my ramen and it was so good. The atmosphere is decent, it is in a food court so the seating is pretty full. I would still recommend!

I hate to say this but the food was disgusting. My 11 yr old child made better ramen then this last week when we were at home. I ordered the spicy ramen and it was just hot. There was no flavor whatsoever. Two of my three kids either didn’t eat it or thought it was nasty or both. My son was the only one who ate it and didn’t complain. Maybe bc he’s a growing boy.

60 dollars for food… only to find a hair in my ramen… I went to report it and the first thing the female cook asked me was do I speak Spanish. She then proceeded to curse in Spanish and made it seem as if I was a liar and speaking about me in Spanish to her coworkers! I proceeded to speak to her in Spanish, since I am Hispanic! Her coworker came by and noticed the hair and called the supervisor over. Luckily the supervisor was reasonable… 25 dollars were returned to me. I am grateful for the supervisor who also noticed my calm demeanor through the whole experience.

Fuss-free ramen places in Hudson. It was really crowded but was worth the wait. The broth is authentic like the ones I had in Tokyo and parts of Asia. The meat is tender but it would be good if the portion was more generous (managed to find 2-3 thinly sliced pork). Actually the spring onions could have been sliced more thinly. Other than that, I enjoyed a hearty meal.

Ramen 2/10, not what I was expecting for 26 dollars a ramen. The food quantity was small the broth lacked salt. China Town not very far from here will be better. The small yuzu lemonade is kid sized. This Is like going to taco bell for authentic tacos if you get my drift. But taco bell got flavor…

This is a great addition to the the Brookfield Place food court. And it was a perfect option to have during the blizzard. I ordered the shrimp tempura kimchi ramen and it was so delicious. I was surprised at how good the shrimp tasted. The broth was great and it had a good serving of noodles. Definitely getting it again. I also had the soy glazed chicken bun. It was ok and for $5 bucks it wasn’t a bad deal for a snack.

Shockingly bad. This place is in the building I work in and we decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken rice bowl. The rice was almost raw, the chicken was sparse and disgusting and for $15 I expected at least a little more food. By far, this is the worst place to eat while at Hudson Eats Brookfield Place. I’m a bit disappointed that I didn’t take a picture to post with this review. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been wanting to try the JC Ani Ramen House for a while but still haven’t gotten the chance to. Now that I’m back in office, my co-worker and I decided to come to Hudson Eats to check out if anything new has popped up in the last two years, and I was excited when I saw this new location. Unfortunately, it was a miss. I ordered the #1 Shoyu (classic chicken broth, shoyu tare, kakuni (pork belly), cabbage, chives, scallions, black garlic oil) and added an egg. The ramen itself was pretty good. It held up well during the trip back to the office. Pork belly was fine – nothing special. The broth was sooo salty. I found myself chugging water throughout the rest of the day. I also ordered the Yuzu lemonade, which had a nice flavor but it was too sweet, which was probably the other reason I was parched after the meal. I added some plain seltzer to it though, and it instantly made it better.

Great spot! First time there and they were incredibly kind. I loved the chicken karaage, it was amazing and full of flavor . This place is in a mall. So you don’t need to wait for seating by waitress or host to welcome you. Best part about this place is that you could skip the line and order your self yousef the self service tablets. I will be back

The real deal Japanese rice. Crispy tofu was the main but the serving was almost like a side. A small salad.
