We are a local, seasonal American seafood restaurant and market located in the heart of Greenport, NY, highlighting the best of North Fork farms and fisheries.

Our menu reflects the day’s catch and weekly harvest – light, bright, clean flavors – meant to complement the beautiful views of the Peconic Bay on our upstairs covered deck. On the beverage side, guests can expect a mix of classic and seasonal cocktails, craft beers and thoughtfully-selected wines.

Offering one of the finest harbor views in Greenport from our second floor patio, the restaurant’s design is intended to carry guests away.

I have been to Anker a few times and every time it is a wonderful experience! I love the chill vibe of the place and how friendly all the staff is. If you are a seafood lover like me (especially oysters) this is the place for you! I always pair it with some bubbles – yum! Honestly, no matter what you choose on the menu, the food is always great! Make sure to check out their specials. That special crudo and tuna tartar from last night is to die for! Good food always puts me in good mood! With this place you can’t go wrong

This location has seen quite a few flips over the years but I have to say this is one of the better ones. Not just serving meals and cocktails you are also able to purchase freshly caught fish to cook on your own. The rooftop are has also been nicely updated with a fresh cost of paint and clean seating. The oysters and wine is a nice mix of local and imported and the cocktails are cute mixes. Overall it was priced decently and the service was friendly. I can see the place getting too busy due to its size but it was perfect for afternoon cocktails after shopping greenport.

Impeccable evening at Anker on the sheltered deck overlooking Peconic Bay. Service, drinks, and food were all fantastic. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive, offering detailed guidance on the well-curated wine list, the local oyster selection, and menu options. We really enjoyed the tomato salad with ethereal whipped lemon ricotta and the fluke crudo with vanilla citrus confit, but the highlight was the grilled halibut collars. Finished off with a delicious olive oil cake.

Great views from the deck. Quick to get drinks but slow to get food… and even slower to take our used plates away. Kind of kills the vibe when your eaten seafood tower is sitting in front of you melting for 30 minutes and you have to flag someone down to take it. They unfortunately spilled it all over my chair and table and my boyfriend had to go get a napkin to wipe my chair.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND HOW GOOD IT WAS ! I ordered a lobster roll and Swordfish ! It was just Amazing. Prices are super affordable too (range $14-$30 seafood being in 20s – 30s and the rest being under 20). Rooftop dining is very hard to be seated out due to the popularity of the this very spectacular restaurant but downstairs is just as good ! The lobster roll is basically lobster salad on a wonderful roll ! I’ve had lobster rolls in the past and non of them can compare to the wonderfully made one I had today. Fries are cooked to perfection as well ! You may come across a burnt one or two but it’s expected lol but definitely amazing fries. Oysters are beautifully plated, burgers are a very nice size ! Swordfish is cooked to perfection ! A long with your trip you may experience a wait for seating (ours was only 15 mins) and also a wait for food (20 mins) but at the end it’s all worth it. Staff are on the friendly side I’d say. They do charge for water in the beginning, $6 per bottle (not little Poland spring but a nice size for your party) choice of sparkling water even (same price as regular) Overall a amazing experience and definitely a place I will keep in mind when I’m back up there !

The service could be better. We order a clam chowder and we had to wait around 10 minutes to get our spoons with the food already on the table. When the server brought the spoons she was playing with them, not sanitary at all. The food was not better than the service. The chowder was broken and had bones! The oysters were terrible, full of water, sand and not even separated from the shell.
