We had our wedding at Quiet Waters Park and were looking for a venue for an After Party. We saw another Google Review commending this place for their food and service, so we reached out. From the get go this place was just amazing!! Jen is the sweetest, friendliest, and super helpful. She talked us through using this place or their sister establishment, Dark Horse, down the street. We had some free time that weekend, so we checked both of them out around the day of week and time our wedding would be. Dark Horse was great, but had a louder atmosphere, whereas Smokehouse was exactly what we were looking for – a chill, laid-back place where our guests could come, wind down, and talk to each other after hours of dancing. Boy did they deliver!! Delicious snacks at a reasonable price; great drinks that the server kept coming; and vibes for days!! We couldn’t have been happier with our After Party selection. Not to mention that Jen also hooked us up with her transportation guy, Deon, who has been our transportation guy ever since!! Love this place!

Sampler (3 choices of meet) Ribs, Kielbasa, and Brisket w/ 2 sides (sweet potato mash and brussel sprouts). Also got the Smoked Mac and Cheese with Brisket. Amazing, I would have liked more caramelization on the brussel sprouts.

I stopped by for lunch and had the best time! Jen made every single guest feel special, welcome, and cared for like family. The Rachel sandwich was scrumptious. A relaxed atmosphere where any and all are welcomed and you have the freedom to engage with others as much or as little as you want. Can’t wait to go back.

We came in on a Tuesday with a party of 20, and Katherine not only was our waitress but the waitress of at one point six other tables. She was attentive, sweet, and on point the whole 3.5 hours we were there, and she was weeded. We appreciate you, Katherine!

Everything was amazing but the star of the show were the smoked wings. The flavor was immaculate it didn’t even need sauce. Next time I’ll get a whole plate instead of a half order lol. The sauces were also pretty tasty but my favorite was the white sauce and the spicy old bay just instesified the flavor of the egg rolls which were just awesome. Good service as well. Will be back again ❤

Come here ASAP! Fresh ‘tater chips made in house every day, so good i never want to eat a bad chip ever again. The smoked wings are so good, they dont need sauce at all, they are the star of the show by themselves, however they have 6 sauces that are all amazingly good, the Carolina mustard, the Alabama White, and the Fire sauces were my top 3, but the other 3 are just as good. Dip your chips or your wings in em and you can’t go wrong. I had to try the Brisket Mac-N-Cheese on principle alone, and it was a winner! I had a great local cider that was light and dry, but they have a full bar and lots of choices. Go see Deb and Jen so they can spoil you with good food! Texas Approved!

I tried their ribkielbasa, pork, and keilbasa because they were out of brisket. Not sure how a BBQ place is out of brisket at 5 PM, but they were. The kielbasa was his but pulled our and ribs were dry. Sauces were so-so. All in all, it’s easy here when it’s convenient but wouldn’t go out of my way. I didn’t try a burger but I saw many people having them and they looked really good. I might have given them more stars if I’d had a burger instead.
