I’ve never been to a Mexican restaurant where I walked away saying I had better Mexican food at Chili’s…until today. The service was a joke. The waitress sat in the area behind the bar + looked at her phone the entire time I was seated. Never checked on me once. The carne asada was about as bland a piece of steak I ever tasted. I had to dump salt + salsa + whatever was on the table to give it some flavor. The rice was the same. Looking for authentic Mexican food…look elsewhere or get a better meal at Chili’s.

Good food! Good location and atmosphere. Anna very attentive to all the patrons! She is somehow in 4 places at once. Always with a smile and a laugh! Highly recommend this place! If I wasn’t 6 states away, we would be back here on a regular basis!

We are working in town for a few months and hoped to find decent Mexican food. We first tried Anna’s about two months ago, and we have been pleased with the food, but the service has been poor each visit. Tonight, we decided it’s just not worth it to have inattentive servers and will not return.

Fabulous meal and outstanding service. Staff was not only knowledgeable, but attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for refills on anything. Price is a bit high, but was definitely worth it to have such fresh and delicious cuisine.

Came in today to eat some good food and upon entering we were greeted by a host that obviously didn’t want to be there. we sat down with our chips, salsa and menus but there was no acknowledgement that we were there. We had the owner and one of her waitress’s walk by multiple times even looked at us still with nothing. First time this had ever happened but 15 mins with no type of acknowledgement is too long. Sad that the food industry is struggling more and more these days. Super disappointed!

What a great find! We stopped here 2-1/2 weeks ago, on our way to Michigan. It was delicious, and served quickly. Today, on our way home, we stopped here again, and it was delicious (and served fast). We always try to time our meal breaks for “between” times (before or after lunch rush, before dinner rush), which, of course, greatly enhances our chances of receiving excellent service.
