Undercooked pizza and an unpleasant cashier. Daughter loved it, I’ve seen worse. No excuse for an undercooked pie, just lazy…….. We went back, my daughter’s choice. Pizza was much better, cooked to perfection, cheese was skimpy on the cheese pizza, it was free with purchase of pepperoni. (3rd and 4th pic.)

Orders were messed up. Bread was to be brought with spaghetti. Spaghetti was served 20 minutes later. Cook made plain cheese pizza not what I ordered. Then burned the bottom of the pizza I was supposed to get. They did give me the cheese pizza free. Took the burnt pizza off the bill. It’s like they use one red sauce for everything. Very bland……

Anna’s is a classic, local pizza place. The service was outstanding. The entire front seemed to be being run by two staff, and they made it look effortless. Well done! We picked our table and the server was there immediately to check on us and take our drink order. She was quick, polite and professional.

Ordered a 24 inch party pizza for my family for carry out. It cost around $40. Drove 35 mins to my home to eat dinner Pizza was not cooked all the way through. The onions were not even warm. The center was doughy. I called and asked for money back or something and they said I have drive my pizza back to their restaurant 35 mins away with my two kids to get my money back. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service. Sadly, they could just trust their customers and guarantee a customer who would come back many times. We will not go to this restaurant again, nor recommend them. Clearly, making money is the priority.

Mr Andrea and Mr Salvatore and the annas staff I’m kilmarnock va I would like to thank you and your wonderful staff for donated pizza Mozella sticks and French fries to the church of deliverance we was welcome when we first came through the door not many business give back to kids in kilmarnock that was a blessing from God I would like God to continue to reach out and bless the owners and staff of this resturant I will patronize this resturant any time yall please go out and patronize them. I came and sat down and talk to Mr Andrea and we sat down and a wonderful conversation and I feel the holy spirit in this place and Mr Andrea continue to reach out and bless him and his family for the wonderful customer service we appreciate the business from the bottom of our hesrts.❤️❤️

Totally unexpected really good italian food and pizza. Server was really atentive and would come over often. Manicotti and ravioli were superb…pizza really good NY style. Would definitively go again when in the area.

I got a pepperoni calzone with Jalapeños. The calzone was hot and crispy. Unfortunately, it had too much ricotta cheese. The marinara tasted like plain tomato sauce without any herbs, or flavor. We had ordered the garlic knots to start, unfortunately the server who was very apologetic, forgot to place the order.
