I have been a customer for a very long time. Both carryout and delivery. For the past six months the service and quality has gotten terrible. I’ve had messed up orders with missing items, spaghetti stuck together and a few bad or cold pizzas.

Annie’s use to be my favorite ABOVE ALL other pizza places. I’ve had people call me stupid for loving Annie’s ♀️ That was up until recently, maybe the last 6 months. The food they’re kicking out of that kitchen DOES NOT match the prices! The last time we ordered it cost $92 to feed our family of 6 & after getting prices from the menu and adding them up plus tax, the total didn’t match! $4.50 for the order of Wedges pictured below, is OUTRAGEOUS ! Maybe $2 but not $4.50. We got 4 subs and only 2 was cut in half , these expensive wedges were burned but under cooked at the same time & idk how that’s even possible. Seems like they let anyone work in the kitchen The inside has been “under construction “ I understand prices are going up and places are short staffed but you gotta get it together before you start charging prices like Diorios or Impezzerelis because you’re very far off!!

Best pizza in the Louisville area!! The sauce isn’t acidic so no heartburn!!! The fact the deliver to Mercer Transportation is even better. Never have they got my order wrong or taken too long for delivery.
