So……I would not go here again. Period. I waited at the window for 10 minutes with the 2 workers seeing me but not saying anything to me. Like ok…….rude.

Got the shrimp & catfish poboy. We got cajun style. These poboys are huge, you could split one & get a side to share. The cormeal coating on the shrimp & fish was very crispy & was spicy. The bread is big & soft & pillowy, had lettuce & tomato. I love that they have strawberry lemonade & sweet tea. They also had potato salad, pecan pie, fries, and shrimp baskets. I will try the shrimp basket or tacos next time, they were perfectly cooked. The people there were super friendly & u get a number so you can listen for your order to be done. While you wait for your food, you can take a walk along the river trail behond Cave B tasting room. You will see lots of water fowl. They also have tables for you you sit & eat at.

Best food, however posted hours at the Hub are not kept. Been by 2x…both times closed when posted as open. The Hours in Richland limit who can access due to only lunch time hours and only certain days.

Ventured out in the wind yesterday. Best catfish tacos I’ve ever had!!! Portions are just delightful!!! The 2 folks in the truck knew what they were doing and did it well!! I’ll definitely go back!

Not impressed with the food, it’s ok. Went there for lunch, didn’t have other options close by to grab a quick lunch so decided to try this food truck. Had to wait around 20 minutes just for sandwich, so if you’re in hurry, try other places. Most of all I liked the sauce. There was too much bread in this sandwich, left it out.

Have stopped by during their posted hours of operations twice and no one in in the food truck. It’s all locked up. But the other food trucks there have good food.
