My wife and I normally visit restaurants weekly and we offer a very objective review of the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I came across Ann’s lobster rolls and absolutely had to try them. The thing that got me was all the photos of people who have visited with the portions of lobster and crab, it was very obvious. I tried it today and I was very disappointed. Look at the photos that I am posting versus the Photos of everybody else, very different. My expectations were higher than this. All of this for $100

This place was fun! We stopped here for some lunch after a morning at the Marine Corps Museum. It looks questionable from the outside and is easy to miss with the small signage, however, the seafood is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. (Carry out only due to the pandemic and they definitely do take credit cards). I was skeptical until another customer showed me her crab roll. Huge chunks of lump backfin! They have quality and they don’t skimp! The pictures speak for themselves. Huge pieces of delicious juicy lobster, lump crab, and shrimp, cooked right now. They separated the seafood from the roll so it wouldn’t get soggy, since it’s carry out, and we built our own rolls when we got home. You get what you pay for here and as it turns out, you can buy happiness!

Food was fresh, made to order and customer service was so excellent I went back twice in one weekend! May I just say the banana pudding was made in-house and tasted good too! The crabmeat is actual, real, lumps of crab meat and not that imitation stuff you would get at other seafood joints. The menu is limited but hits the spot for some good, well-seasoned options! Don’t let the small, inconspicuous location fool you.

I went to Ann’s for the first time last week and had ‘Trio Roll’ lobster, crab and shrimp. I found a groupon for $30 worth of food for $20. The staff were friendly and hospitable. My food was made to order and was prepared immediately. The serving size was generous.

Stopped by here on our way home from MD. As soon as you walked in the smell was delicious. The staff was super nice and took time to explain things and you even got to see what they were cooking. The place is a little hard to get into brunt in the side of Rt 1. But the lobster grilled cheese and the trio on a roll were on point! The seafood tasted fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned and piled high. Will definately stop by again!

We were greeted at the door by Nicole who was so friendly and inviting! She made some great suggestions on what to order and John served them up perfectly! Can’t wait to come back when we are in town! Would love to try some of their soup and famous banana pudding she told us about!

Drove by Ann’s Lobster Rolls on the way home from a work meeting in Stafford. I’ve been in the area for about 17 years and haven’t seen a Lobster Roll anywhere in the area. This place used to be a Soul Food restaurant, but I love the change.

First time visitor! I have been trying to make it to this place for soooo long. Finally made it in today and it was definitely worth the wait! Triple seafood roll overflowing with seafood…. triple seafood waffle fries amazing ( I ate half before I took the photo below sorry! Lol) and the banana pudding is the best I ever had. I see why people come from so far for this place. Definitely a hidden gem! Staff very polite and helpful..will be back!

Amazingly delicious! We got the trio rolls and fries, it was so good. The roll is seriously packed full of seafood. It looks small, but is really a lot of food. The waffle fries were really great too.

Out of towners road tripping DC to Richmond and we came across this place. So glad we did! Amazing! Loved the fresh homemade right in front of you atmosphere!! Not only were our rolls totally perfect the service was awesome. Wish we were driving by again!
