Great food and very friendly staff. We came with our dog and they accommodated us very well out on the patio and brought him his own water bowl too. The food we had was all great. It’s neat to have a place so close where we can get to try handmade authentic foods from across the ocean.

What a nice experience. The food was very flavorful with the Clam and sausage dishes especially tasty. The broth in the clam dish was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Don’t miss the bread pudding a real treat.

Great food, prepared using Dan’s and his grandmother’s recipes and quality ingredients. They make their cured meats in house! So good! Their fresh made dessert pastries are so flavorful without being overly sweet.

Dined in on a Saturday afternoon. Service and ambiance were 10/10. All the plates we ordered were okay, made with fresh ingredients but maybe not the best quality. Kinda disappointed with the clams and chorizon motzak, way too salty even when dipped with bread. The bread, however, was amazing. Deserts were absolutely stunning, and I’d say the Basque cheesecake and lemon shortbread are must-tries.

Ansots is a lovely, cozy Basque restaurant and market in downtown Boise. The sandwiches and croquettes are delicious, and even the coffee was tasty enough to be enjoyed without cream or sugar. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. I went here specifically for the purpose of buying some of their bulk chorizos for a BBQ on the 4th of July, but I will definitely be returning for the food and atmosphere

I recently dined at Ansots Basque Chorizos in Boise and had a pleasant experience. The red bean soup with chorizo and pork belly was a standout, offering a nice blend of flavors. The chorizo plate, featuring three distinct chorizos, was quite flavorful. The attentive service and comfortable, low-key ambiance of their cafe added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back!

Dan and Ellie did an AMAZING job catering our wedding rehearsal dinner for 50 people. They are so kind and open to answering all the questions our guests had as they tried every dish of their amazing food. Good food and GREAT people! Thank you ANSOTS!!

Amazing and delicious food! I lived in Spain for a year and a half and this is the closest I’ve found to authentic Spanish food. The staff is amazing. It was busy, but we still got great service and the atmosphere is so fun!
