Got a specialty slice and it was phenomenal. It was heated to perfection, everyone we encountered was so nice too.

This place was amazing, went there today! Had a sasauge Parmigiano sandwich, man it was good! I live in Passaic, but I never imagined NJ to be like this, everyone is so nice here, way better, I think I might actually move over here once I get my culinary arts degree!

Worst pizza north of the mason dixon line. They say the water is what makes northeast pizza so great. So what is the excuse from this restaurant? I moved to the delivery area five years ago and sometimes this is the only delivery option. So despite my consistent bad experiences I’ve suffered their poor pizza from time to time. The sauce and crust are sweet-ish and unappealing. It may sound harsh but I don’t know how they could mess it up so badly. After living in New Jersey all my life, this is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had north of Virginia. I’d sooner feed the raccoons with it than have to choke it down myself. If you’re starving feel free to order here, just don’t get pizza

Best pizzas in New Jersey without question. Toppings are always plentiful and incredibly delicious. And there always seems to be adequate personnel available to prepare your order quickly, even at the busiest times. Always friendly service at a reasonable price.

I have been to Anthony Franco’s in Sparta several times but my recent visit left more to be desired. We dined in, my family and I. I ordered French Fries for my daughter. When they arrived – I tasted one and immediately tasted a fish smell. It was clear that they were cooked in the same oil as something fishy. My daughter has a shell fish allergy and when I checked with the front line staff, I was told that they could have been cooked in the same oil as shrimp. I made them aware of my daughters allergy and they didn’t seem to concerned and said, “just don’t eat them.” I had asked them to be removed from my bill. Fast forward to the the completion of my dinner, I had requested the check. The server did remove the “french fries” from my bill by crossing out the $6 french fry order and subtracting $6 from the total, but I still had to pay tax on that $6. The french fries should have been deleted from the check all together. Yes, the tax is only pennies but they are my pennies not yours. So I proceeded to pay my check with my credit card when the server bought me back the merchant receipt to sign I noticed the total now when front $39.52 to $40.70. Did they charge me for the french fries afterall? nope – they proceeded to charge me a credit card convenience fee of $1.18 (which was undisclosed and since it was undisclosed it is therefor illegal). I am a VP for a finance company and therefor am very familiar with these rules. Per the contract under Visa and Mastercard, “retailers are required to register the surcharge with the payment network. They they must display a notice of the surcharge at the point of sale – both in store and online.” No notice was visible in the restaurant. I also understand you are short staffed, but please fix your operating practices. PS. All other food ordered was very good.

Anthony francos in sparta has always made every meal of mine consistently and flavorful. The staff is kind and helpful. I’ve been ordering from them for years and to this day they have the best pizza and chicken rolls I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over new jersey testing sauce and pizzerias and anthony francos is definitely my top 3 places I enjoy.

At first I thought prices were a little high for specialty pies but the toppings were generous and crust not too flimsy. Antipasto also came with ample ham & cheese rolled sections and roasted peppers. We were very pleased with the food.

Timely delivery of a fantastic large pepperoni and garlic on standard crust, made to order at well done. Certainly one of the best in the area and definitely worth a visit.

Had the chicken parm, which was pounded thin and crispy, like it should be!! My only gripe is that the sauce was a little runny at the bottom on the dish. Didn’t ruin the crispness but was off putting for the sauce.
