Had reservations on a Friday night and arrived several minutes early. Table was ready and we were promptly seated. The place was packed. Waitress was very good and attentive throughout the evening. Shrimp Alfredo was devine. Sub’d my salad for a cup of gumbo – also delicious.

Anthony’s is a MUST when in the area!!! Any time I’m in the state of MS I make a stop here. Home of the creole seafood fillet, topped with crab meat. It’s the best steak I’ve ever had! Seared scallops are on point as well. Service may be a bit lacking, and you are not paying for the decor. However, it’s all exceptionally made up for by what comes out of those kitchen doors. No liquor, but you are able to BYOB for a small cork fee.

OMFG! How come that I didn’t know about this place. I’m living in this GTR area for almost past ten years and still missed it until recently. This is a hidden gem. Well, this is a proper restaurant, where I would recommend a table booking before you show up. Because of the covid situation we decided to pick the food instead of a dine in. This is a little upscale American restaurant. The environment is like an old tavern and pretty laid back. I loved it. The food is delicious, mostly the salmon and the blackened catfish. The cheesy grits as a side is too good, so don’t miss that. The bread pudding was nothing extraordinary, however pretty good. We have not tasted the steak, those are a bit pricy. But I’m sure they are good.

Its clean. The atmosphere is nice. Service was great. Food is hit and miss. Mine was not good. My sons was not good. Everyone else seemed content. Over all it is the best place in West Point. I wish they would order fresh seafood from Ocean Fresh Fish out of Tupelo. They buy fresh seafood off the coast and deliver it. It would greatly improve the quality of food. Just a suggestion.

This is a local place the food was very good service was excellent they had a one member band playing music but was really pretty good.. I will go there again next time I’m in town The catfish with the crawfish sauce was excellent.. great beer selection.

My husband and I love eating at this restaurant! Every time we go the service is top notch! We both love the steaks, and we will normally choose an appetizer that is special for the weekend. We also love that you can BYOB! Truly the best steak I’ve ever had and we treat ourselves to fine dining pretty regularly. 5 stars!!

Was very excited about this restraunt. By reputation we were poised to have a great meal. The location was a bit of a drive from where we were. Inside is an open floorplan. Looks almost like a back country dive. Prices are going to be steep. We decided to have a date night. Thursday’s are fairly busy. So, there was a 20 min wait to get a tucked away corner table. I advise getting a reservation before dropping in. The waitress was kind and the food was made well. Our entres came without sides. The asparagus was a sad 5 short pieces, and they were out of garlic potatoes (told me after getting my steak). So I substituted with fries that I had boxed up to go. Each were delivered after we had finished the main coarse. Id say the experience over all took a B-. We may some day be back, but for now it wont be a priority.
