I ordered the meatball and ricotta specialty pizza and the salad as a family bundle. We went to pick up and when we got home we noticed how soggy, brown and black our iceberg lettuce was. The tomatoes were mushy as well and since I cook 6 days out of the week I know that a mushy tomato should not be included in a salad but made into a sauce! Just disappointed that we couldn’t get a decent meal for the price we paid. The pizza was…..just okay. I could have called and complained but totally my fault for not reading the previous reviews where others complained about the salads and other stuff. I won’t be giving this place another try.

I over all like this place I like how crispy the pizza is the only reason it did not get 5 stars is because I think there pizza sauce could use a little more flavor possibly garlic but this is by far the best pizza in reading hands down and it’s still really good!

First and last time- had dinner there last night with my children. Took forever to just be greeted, and then told to sit anywhere. We waited quite a while to be approached, and out of the 3 plates we were given two had to be sent back. One plate was dirty, the other had a hair on it. The large Caesar salad we ordered was made up of mostly brown lettuce and lettuce ends. We hardly saw our waiter, and he completely forgot the drink I ordered. I asked for to go containers and was given only a pizza box when I also had a bowl of meatballs to pack up. The waiter seems surprised when I asked for an additional container. The restaurant was pretty dead at dinner time as well. We were handed the to go containers with my receipt. I had to inform the waiter my kids wanted dessert to go, so he crumpled up the receipt right in front of me. We then waited forever- again for him to return. Overall- just a horrible experience!

Pizza was ok , parts of it were burnt. When I went to the bathroom, I noticed several red flags. For starters, cleanliness is a big issue! The floors were filthy the closer you got to the back of the restaurant. There was flour all over the carpet which I found odd.

Very disappointed. There menu looks fantastic. But the gluten-free is a lie. I called place a order and asked for gluten-free meatball pizza. It was on the menu. I then received a call back asking me” how gluten-free are you” I said excuse me. I was told the meatballs have regular bread crumbs. I said then it shouldn’t be sold as gluten-free. I cancel the order. I was glad they called before someone got very sick. But how can you advise a gluten-free item on you menu that is not gluten-free. Very disappointed

Awesome eggplant pizza, but the worst phone ordering robot. When placing a pickup order, you have to speak with a robot that’s constantly trying to up-sell with extras and add-ons. It takes forever and you’re better off asking for a human or team member when placing an order. There is an online ordering option, but that can be inconvenient when your driving and you need to place a very simple order.

We just left and could not be more impressed with the bartender who fed us. We both felt we had not seen hustle like his in a while and he basically anticipated what we needed before we did. Silverware, box, cash out, he was awesome.

Pizza at a decent price. Pizza was tasty… they ran out of Ceasar salad but replaced it with a garden salad. they also gave me a coupon for some garlic knots on my next visit for the inconvenience.

It was a wonderful experience! We went on a Friday and had lots of seating space. The server was very friendly and she accommodated all our needs. We ordered half white pizza and half cauliflower pizza and the server seamlessly accommodated our request. Also, the garlic knots were OUTSTANDING
