We order a simple cheese pizza today. We were Ok with it taking over 1hr to be delivered but definitely NOT ok with the condition it was. This pizza was completely burnt! I’m not exaggerating, I am not writing this review just because it had some pieces burnt, it was the entire pizza. To believe nobody noticed at the restaurant is unbelievable but to think they actually thought it was ok to send this out is unacceptable. Was it laziness, ignorance or simply these people don’t care? Answer it’s pretty clear. See pictures

I love coming here the foods always amazing and the gluten free pizza is the best I know (cause it’s really hard to find a good gluten free pizza) but as I’m typing this the kitchen is backed up with orders on a crazy Friday night and Lex is such a freaking trooper! She made sure that my order came out correct and was extremely friendly! She deserves a freaking raise! She went above and beyond! Definitely coming back just for her!!!

The Pepperoni and Sausage pizza was amazing and so we’re the dry rub wings. The drinks are Malibu Bay Breeze and a mojito… The dessert was a Brownie that left alot to be desired . Everything else was pretty good. It’s worth a try.

Sadly what an average dining experience. The food was average, the service was average. The food came out at different times for all the people in our party of 6. The rigatoni dish had a hair. They have a very limited menu so I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that nothing stood out.

My husband and I always come to this location. However, today we were treated very rudely. We entered as always and wanted to take our seat, the waiter put us on hold and just made us stand there, we had to find seats for ourselves. Then when we sat down she catered to others and ignored us even if others came in after us. Finally when she came to us we asked if we could have a rag since the table was dirty…she told us we should wait because she has other tables she’s handling. When we asked for a basic long Island ice tea from the bar she said it’s unavailable. Her rudeness and the way she spoke to us with a bad attitude made us leave to another restaurant. She made it clear we are not welcomed. However, she continued to be kind to all other guest. Train your staff to be kind to all guest no matter their race.

Took an hour and 40 min to prep the pizza as they had some stoves issues (not the first time). The manager promised a full credit which was never received. Then they asked for email details etc (although I am a member and they can look up my contact details in their system) – which I provided – but still no one got back to me with any feedback. Very disappointing.

I had an event with 45 people attending and Eric. Hailey and staff could not be anymore attentive to our needs. Everyone enjoyed the food (wings, pizza, meatballs and salad). The bartender was quick with serving drinks and the area was roomy for our crew. I would definitely recommend having an event or going with your family for the food and friendly staff.

One of my customers wanted to order from this place for lunch so they ordered and I picked up the food. They order a couple of pies, salad and wings. I ordered a sautéed vegetable sandwich on ciabatta bread, and they made it just for me because they didn’t have vegan options. The total came to about $120. The lady that took my card info and that I picked up the food from was very nice. When I arrived I parked right in front and walked to the door. They keep the door locked to keep customers out. The lady came to the door after a few minutes waiting and told me she would bring my food to the car, which she did. I signed and left.
