I used to love this place. I got a meatball sandwich and the chicken broccoli rabe sandwich. The meatballs tasted like they were all filler, and the chicken was almost nonexistent. Not to mention, the robotic order system on the phone, Becky, could not get the order correct and tried to add 3 random items to the order. Ended up hanging up on her. Someone from the store called back to take the order…I wish they hadn’t.

My husband and I love Anthony’s. Being a vegetarian myself it makes menu options easy, and there are plenty of options. We have been coming to Anthony’s for years. We started at the one in Exton, and when we moved to Delaware we were very excited to see that there was one locally on Concord Pike. The photos are a white pizza, but we also love the Caprese Pizza, and Eggplant Marino appetizer. We highly recommend Anthony’s to anyone who is a pizza lover.

First visit, weekday during lunch, the pizza was simply perfect, oh there sauce! And crunchy bottom. Also ordered roasted rubbed chicken wings and I am hooked. Service was good and quick, the old school pictures kept me entertained, Prices are just right. I give this place 2 thumbs up. PS this coming from a NYC/NJ guy.

We ordered a Margarita pizza with topping, and came out burnt, I am a pizza crust lover, especially when they’re thin crust one, but this definitely burnt, I mentioned to the waitress, she said they’re not burnt, they’re Charcoal. Last time we ordered chicken wings appetizer, it was burnt as well, We thought we gave another shot this time, still… you be the judge… Very disappointed.

I came in to get an order, the order was ready. However, they made me wait and the girls up front were super disrespectful! She said oh.. go wait over there and I’ll bring it to you. 20 whole minutes go by until I realize no one is coming. So, I wall up to the counter again and ask… hey what’s the name on that order. Low and behold its the order they said was not ready. The supervisor made a statement like oh I’ll tell the customer. I already did that. Why did your group of hostesses treat an individual like that?

If I could leave zero stars I would. Host was pleasant and wonderful. Waited over an hour to be seated. Rude service! Manager came over and called my partner who is clearly a man Mary like why? Was with older family members and the eye rolling and attitude was out of control. Parties who were seated after us were served and given take out containers before us. Food came out in no order. One was served his meal before salads? I’m never going back!!!

Last night was my first time at Anthony’s. The food was amazing and our server, Sami (Samantha), was exceptional. We’ll be back. We learned that if you don’t like pizza with their traditional charred crust, simple order it “lightly cooked.”
