When we first walked in, it took over 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us and took us to an open table. Once we were seated, it took nearly 10 minutes before a waitress came by. I was willing to be more sympathetic than critical, as there was more than one large party and it didn’t look like many waitresses were here. However, once the large parties cleared out, the service didn’t improve. The food isn’t bad but it’s definitely not worth the price. The menu prices are ~$18-20 a meal, which I am fine with paying if the food is well done or the service is fantastic. Neither was true. The food was alright but seemed more like it was just warmed up Sysco, like an Olive Garden, and if I am going to pay prices like this, I expect the food to be more on par with a very nice Italian restaurant. For instance, the marinara for the mozzarella sticks was obviously right out of a can , not adding any spices or anything. The mozzarella sticks weren’t that great, the entrees were okay, but the bread was amazing. Not a horrible experience or one that would make me warn people away from here but I’m definitely not going to be rushing to come back.

First time there and it was a good time. Went for trivia, Ray is awesome. Wings were ok, had to get a double shot of Titos in my drink bc it doesn’t taste like any alcohol is in it..service was great.

I have no idea how I’ve been in Pasadena for so long without coming to Anthony’s. I probably wouldn’t have come tonight, but my wife was curious.

The food is just ok. No flavor n bland. The Salmon is very, very dry and way overcooked. It was burnt n had no flavor. The either cook or owner when I sent the salmon dish back was very argumentative that his Salmon was very good. He was insulting saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. I got the veal parmigiana in place of Salmon n it was mediocre. The spaghetti was dry n no flavor. If you are looking for a good Salmon go to G&M Restaurant or Mission Barbecue. Both have a perfectly cooked, moist, and flavorful Salmon. This restaurant needs much improvement on their food. We will never go again.

Tried Anthony’s for the first time for carry out. Not too impressed. We walked in to order and they got the order wrong. Who orders an Italian cold cut sub with nothing on it? I sure didnt but that’s what I got. A bit over priced for not a lot of meat on the plain sub and a small hand full of fries.

It takes a lot for me to leave someone a bad review but, I ordered lasagna from here and 5 min after getting it, it was luke warm. I asked for extra meat-sauce and didn’t get it. The garlic bread had to have been sitting out all day because it was hard as a brick. I dont know if it was supposed to taste this way but, the meat in the lasagna had a sour taste to it. This was one of the worst meals I have ever gotten out and it wasn’t cheap.

This was my first time here. Reservations were made for a party of 12 for a birthday celebration. Service was great, there were menu options for children, and the menu offered a variety of dinner options to appeal to different tastes. Looking forward to a return visit to try something different.

The portions were good, but the food just didn’t impress me. It wasn’t bad, but my taste buds were less than satisfied. The cream of crab soup was bland with very little crab and none of it lump or back fin. The calamari was chewy with little to no taste. The chicken marsala had a good sauce, but the chicken had no taste whatsoever. I was disappointed with the food because their pizza is always incredible. The waitress was very attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, pleasant, and very good at her job. The price was very good.
