I WAS a long time customer of Anthony’s but especially this specific Anthony’s location, they were my go to regular ordering place. Great drivers, got my food right from online orders, never once had a bad experience. Until today. I was delivered the wrong food (which I can not eat) and was rudely told that I was wrong multiple times by the manager on duty. There is a very big difference between a ham and cheese and an Italian (3 meats and a cheese) yet the manager continued to argue with me.

We stopped there on the recommendation of someone we met in Winchester. WOW…He was right!!!! The staff was fantastic there. Very friendly. We had a vegetable Stromboli. Most places will have a solid crust over it. Here they make cuts in the dough and bake it. It is crisp and VERY GOOD. The Stromboli had fresh spinach, black olives, fresh broccoli, tomatoes, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese. With a tomato sauce to dip it in. That was very good also. The large will feed 2- 3 people. A GREAT LOCALLY OWNED PLACE TO KEEP OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN OUR COMMUNITY. We will be back. There is take out and delivery only.

So I accidentally tipped $500 instead of $5 (I always tip 5 on the credit and then give the driver cash as well) and they instantly called me and were honest and refunded me. I truly appreciated it and gave the guy an extra tip when he came to the door. Very honest people! And we love their food we order usually once a month from them.

They have not delivered parts of my order more than once . Last time I ordered, they said they would just credit for next time and to call with the same number. Well that was a lie! I didn’t get the food I ordered and paid for, and never got a credit. They should have just credited my card in the first place! I spent over $60 for food I didn’t even get! Never ordering again!

I had a great experience at Anthony’s Pizza, the workers were really nice and food was great. It’s one of the only places open on a Monday, so if you’re going to Martinsburg then this is the place to be! The seating area is really cozy and the decor is minimalist yet filling. I enjoyed it a lot!

This was one of the worst Greek salads I have ever had. The chicken is the precooked frozen in a bag flavor.. the olives were green and black not Kalamata olives. The fetta cheese was pre cut in a bag flavor, bland. The girl working messed up my friends order then did not give her the change she should of had. The diet coke was flat. Oh! Then the delivery driver turned of the a.c. like he was a customer. My friends baby got hot. Not cool!!

I got the chicken fettuccine alfredo. Chicken and fettuccine was overcooked, broccoli was raw, and the alfredo sauce was bland(the pepper you see in the picture I added). The garlic knots that came with were stale and soggy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hadn’t ordered from Anthony’s in a while so I thought I would give it a go. Ordered online at 6 PM. It is now 7:48 and I am still waiting for my pizza. Called the shop and was told that even though it says online it’s a 45 minute wait the actual wait time is one hour and 40 minutes.
