It’s not so much that I found the pizza to be “okay” at best, but it was the service I received. I ran in to get a quick slice of pizza and a soda and they didn’t want to serve me. They took my money, but did not want to serve me. After ordering and paying for 2 slices of pizza and a coke, they left my coke on the counter and the workers disappeared. The guy behind the counter heated my slices and put it on top of the oven and went to the back. Because I was standing there, I assumed it was for a customer order that had called in because no one was in front of me or behind me. Literally, after about 8-10 minutes the guy who took my order appears and I had to than ASK was my food ready. No apologies. Just “I told him to give you your food” and that the oven was warm so “it should be okay.” If you are a person of color, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Spend your money where they respect you AND your dollar. Also, if you care about spending your money at these types of establishments, find somewhere else. I don’t believe you are missing too much on the pizza front. The pizza was too doughy to be considered “New York” style.

One of Altamonte’s best kept Lil Secrets. The food is always top notch. The service is always stellar. If there’s ever been something we didn’t like about our dish, the guys behind the counter were quick to remedy it and make sure that we left satisfied. Great Italian food, awesome desserts, inside dining is a beautiful setting. Or you can get it to go and check out the cranes Roost area. Take your Italian dining to an outside setting and, you’ve got an instant romantic picnic! When it comes to their Bianca’s, always recommended.

We came here last night and ordered 2 large pizzas one cheese and the other one vegetable. After we finish the kids notice a warm ( I know it as gongolon) at the tray. We discreetly called the waiter to let him know, and he looked at us and told us this is impossible, he left with the tray of the show to the cook and left, there was no apology and his tone was accusatory.

(Updated) I was a customer here for years, tipped well, until today. I ordered pizza for pickup, when I arrived the restaurant only had 2 total customers. I asked if I could sit down and eat instead, manager literally told me I had to leave. Couldn’t eat there. Dozens of empty tables and no service needed, told me to leave. Unreal pathetic service – especially to long time customers. Order a pizza from a large chain, it’s no different and the service is – at this point in time – the same.

Pretty disappointed with today’s meal. Normally we get the pizza here and it’s really good, but decided to go for the baked ziti and that was not a good option. Spent $20 just for this meal and it was not even hot, the pasta was bland no flavor in the sauce food has gotten so expensive and as such the quality should be worth it and this was not it. Not sure if the cook or owners changed, not planning on coming back after this.

As someone who is from New Jersey, the pizza taste is an average imitation. The pie looked too “perfect,” which made it seem fake. The taste was okay for imitation.
