Hands down the best authentic Mexican food and drinks in the area! We’ve all been to restaurants where the food was good, but the drinks were weak, or the service/ambiance was lacking, but Antigua exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The Crystal Lake location is by far superior to others, and it was all thanks to our bartender/server Christian. He is what truly makes this place so special. My sister and I asked for suggestions on drinks and he confidently delivered! Cocktail after cocktail (La Placita, La Colorada, y Cantarito) we felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The drinks were flowing, the Tampiqueña skirt steak was delicious, and the attentive service all made for one of the best dining experience you wouldn’t want to miss out on.

Our absolute favorite place for Mexican food in the area! The food is always fantastic and we always leave stuffed. Our favorites would have to be the spicy cucumber margarita, steak tortas and the verde enchiladas! On top of fantastic food, the staff is absolutely wonderful. A big shout out to Christian for great service every time we come in (he also makes the best margaritas!!). We always have the best time and meal when we stop for lunch or dinner!

Excellent service, homemade tasty food, large portion sizes. We ordered fajitas, street tacos, and enchiladas – see pictures. Chips and three salsa dips greeted us before our meals arrived – strong flavor throughput each of the 3 (two mild, one spicy).

The food and drinks were spectacular as usual. We found out about this restaurant last year through family and friends. It never disappoints. Christian was our server and he was amazing.

We went here several times for dinner. We are more disappointed with every visit. It seems like the food is just mediocre. Very first visit we were very impressed and thought the food was amazing. Now we visit and we are just not impressed. The burritos are packed with everything except the meat. We really want to love this place so will continue to try to see if our opinion changes.

A hidden gem for sure! The food is delicious and fresh! Price point for what you get is spot on. Additionally, the service is amazing! Our server Julian was absolutely incredible. Very attentive and personable and took the time to ensure we had a good experience. We will definitely be back!!
