This is my favorite food truck in the area. Luis is the best and everything he and his sister make is delicious. I met him after he catered at a family party of mine and will continue to hire him for future family events. If you’re in the area, stop by and try his quesa birria tacos!

Edit July 2023 – They moved their location about a mile east along 68. They’re at the lot just off 68 at York street. Still excellent. Same truck. – Original review: The quesabirria tacos are fantastic. The consume dipping sauce is incredible. Medium is plenty hot. Very friendly people. They take cash and Venmo. No tables, just a cart. You eat on the hood of your car.

Simple place at the foot of the road to take a break on your route. Very good quesabirrias, the tacos are very tasty too, I recommend the one with chorizo. The girl who served us was very kind and generous, I wish you luck!!
