I am a taster of Mexican Tacos, these are a list of many places that I have visited wherever I travel, I love the tortilla, soft and hot, the meat is passable, the texture, but I suggest that you add the seasoning that the meat needs, The taco that I tried did not have salt or flavor, I think it has to be seasoned. Goya adobo and Goya criollo mojo will give it a good flavor.
