0/10 Stars. I called, they pick up and say “Hello” and asked to place an order for pick up and they seriously just hung up. Called back multiple times, mind you its 9 pm they dont close until 10 and nobody answered. Shouldn’t be so hard to order a pizza. I go into the restaurant and it was the worst food experience I have ever had. Employees are rude. Man at the counter thinks he’s funny and makes slick comments like a teenager. Literally mocked me. They’re immature, disrespectful, and have no idea why anyone would want to order from a crew that makes fun of its customers. Whole bunch of clowns might as well be a circus

The specialty slices are good if not really good, and the individual slices (3.95) are much larger than you get in even the large cheese pie ($18.95) (and the slices were small in the large pie). I know inflation is hurting everyone right now, but I feel $27.50 for a large plain pie and an order of garlic knots is a little on the high end?

I used to loved Antonellas Restaurant but for the past 2 years every single time I order a Pizza it’s always wrong, if I order light sauce I get more sauce, if I order not to over cook it it arrives almost raw; they need to pay more attention at the orders being processed online, in person and over the phone and STOP flirting with customers may help the process.

Been in this area for 30 plus years. They used to have to best pizza around nice and crispy. Now it’s just a floppy mess . Idk if I’m supposed to try and fold it up and eat it or Salute it like the flag it looks like .

I ordered online with their website and got the chicken & white wine lemon sauce & butter oil and garlic linguini. They called me a few minutes later to verify that’s exactly what I wanted, on a Saturday night @ dinner time. It was really good and I really appreciate that, great place.
