Our first visit and I must it was a very clean establishment and friendly staff. They have something on the menu for everyone. We tried the subs and impressed. Only issue I had was I specifically said no lettuce on my choice sub. I saw the waitress write it down so there must’ve been a miscommunication from the notepad to the preparer’s hand. After picking all the lettuce strips off the sub, it was good. We’re coming back to try a pizza and we’ll check our order before we leave.

I wish I could rate this lousy place a zero star. Let me start out one of the rudest establishments I’ve ever been to. The things you call workers are rude. Every one of them. Not to mention nasty food that tastes way over cooked. All these 5 star reviews just there friends helping them. Here’s a suggestion if you want more business and tips be kinder to your customers don’t like your job go back to wherever you came. Done with this lousy place.

Called to place an order for pick up. Girl answers the phone, I said I’d like to place an order for pick up. Her response is “no we are closing soon”. I said online it says you are open til 9 and she hung up on me. Typical poor service just like every other bad restaurant in New Kent. Hopefully something else comes around soon that will shut this place, Maria’s, and Primas down because they all suck!!!

Called 5 times over 15 minutes on my way home from work and nobody answered. Was trying to do a takeout order. Noticed they were open when I got in the area and figured I would stop in and place my order. Went inside and there was not 1 diner in the whole place. Two individuals were working and neither one said a word to me. A gentleman was placing an order at the counter and paid then stood aside. The young man that took his payment then still without saying a word to me answered a call to take an order on the phone. I gave up and left and may never go back. 3/08/23 was the date at 5:25pm.

I wasn’t even hungry but I was traveling up 64. Took the new Kent exit to get gas. I saw this place and couldn’t resist. The staff was super friendly. The food was top notch. Full of flavor and texture.

Saturday at 630 the phone has been busy for 20 minute while we try to order, so I assume the children there can’t handle a busy night in New kent but our business will go to brothers pizza now. Hope they learn to Handle a busy shift there
