I first called the northgrand store. They told me they were to busy for another call in order or it would be 2 hrs. ??????? So I drove to the Lawrence store and they had it right up in 10 mins. They pizza was wonderful. The staff at Lawrence was fast friendly and awesome. The are going to have dine in there. Just nor ready yet.

My first time going to Antonios! Very polite professional service. The staff apologized that there would be a wait because they had a very large order ahead of us…. But… I don’t think it took long at all! The pizza was delicious and the butter sauce and marinara for the cheese sticks was superb! Even though it’s not a business where a server takes care of you at your table, we were will checked on to make sure we had everything we needed! I was very much pleased! Will definitely go back!

Checked out customer service. You pay and they literally say nothing to you like providing an update on your order status. I was going to order an additional appetizer, but the worker couldn’t tell me how much longer it’d be. So, I didn’t order additional food. As it turned out, my order took an additional 15 minutes and I could have ordered the extra food. When the pizza is done, it’s set on the counter and you’re left to guess if it’s yours or what? An unusual experience at this store. It’s closest to home, but will have to check out Marco’s next time. Oh yeah, and the guys making the pizzas complained the entire time.

While most of the time the food is delicious, every time but one time it has taken them over an hour with not only delivery but carry out as well. I ordered from there one night and it took almost 2 hours for my delivery to get to me and when it finally did the pizza was cold and all the grease had settled on top of the pizza. Obviously had been sitting in the delivery guy’s car for a while, and the funniest part is I live literally right up the street from it. But tonight was the last straw. Had to wait 40 minutes for a pizza, and when I finally got it it was burnt. I do not think I will be ordering from this Antonios anymore.

Ordered a small pepperoni pizza, small breadsticks and an xlarge half and half pizza. The only one we received right out if the 3 was the small pepperoni. Actually received 2 small pepperoni pizzas, and the xlarge half and half pizza had all the ingredients for each half over the whole pizza. The receipt was correct but NOT the pizzas!
