I made a mobile order for 830 pm as that is when my girlfriend would be home from work. At 715pm I received a call that my pizza is here, I informed the driver my order is for 830. He tried to convince me to take it at that time and threw a fit that he had to return at 830. I called to the store to inform them and ask for my pizza to be remade at time of my delivery at 830 I was told it would all be remade. I received my delivery around 845pm and opened the box to the driest and hardest pizza ever. I worked in the pizza industry and can tell pizza was not remade and just thrown into the oven to warm up by the way the cheese looked and the hardness of the pizza. Also the pizza had no sauce. I called for a manager and she basically told me I was lying and that she is the one who remade the pizza and that that she can’t give a refund. This is the worst pizza buying experience I have ever had and will never return here. 1 star is too high of a rating. Very rude, unprofessional and serve horrible food.

I’ve tried to eat here twice, both unsuccessfully. About a year ago I arrived about an hour before close and there were no signs of an employee available to take my order for a few minutes, so I left and went to the parmatown location. The other time I called at 9:41 and they said they already had everything shut down and closed up, no more pick-up orders for a single pizza. Antonio’s is good, but this location needs help.

Ray at the Chevrolet blvd location needs an attitude adjustment. We have ordered delivery for years. Yet 2 weeks ago ray said they only deliver 3 miles out. I explained we were 2.2 miles as the app and map quest tells me. But ray said no we were 3 and he couldn’t place the order.

Had a taste for an Antonio’s special salad with extra house dressing and pepperoni. When I ordered I was told it was $11.99 for a small salad and $17.99 for a large. Then $2.00 for extra dressing and $3.00 extra for extra pepperoni.

First time trying it and I really enjoyed it! I called my order in for pick up, even had them customize something for me with no issues. Definitely will be coming back

I picked up a pizza last night and when I got home it was completely raw in the middle. I had made it a couple bites into a slice and realized the pizza shouldn’t be consumed. I woke up the following morning feeling sick to my stomach and spent most of the morning running to the restroom. I called the restaurant to let them know the situation and asked about a credit and offered to bring the raw pizza up. I was told that they don’t do that and I might get a gift card in the mail. Definitely not the first bad pizza I received from this location but it’s the first time I got sick and felt the need to speak with a manager. I don’t feel like I was compensated for being out $20 and worst of all getting sick.

The worst pizza I ever had. Don’t order the classic cugino. It’s so thick and greasy. Horrible like eating a dough ball. Nasty. No one can make anything g right anymore.. haven’t been here in a long time and it will be even longer if at all. Out of 8 pieces we can only stomach 3 the rest will go in the garbage. Shame on you for such a horrible pizza.

Some places are frugal with their toppings, not so with Antonio’s. They are always plentiful and delicious. Great tasting pepperoni and large cubes of ham. I always love their doughy crust too. It’s that perfect Midwest crust thickness. I have been eating Antonio’s pizza long before they franchised and they are just as good now as they were when they opened, no matter which location you go to. Well worth a stop.

I would like to start off with I like to have pasta with my sauce. There was so much sauce on the spaghetti it made me sick. But we could not send it back because our waitresses never came back one time other than to give us the bill. I should have known when I seen her coat when we walked in she was wearing a hoodie jacket that said…HIGH.. how are ya.. for some reason this place does a good carry out so I’m assuming that their carry out food and service is a lot better than when you are dining in but in the two hours it took them to make the pasta I overheard people calling in complaining so I’m sure I’m not the only one that has bad complaints about this restaurant I don’t know why I keep giving it another opportunity but I can guarantee I’m not going back there again I wish I could give it a negative star. By the way the picture of the sauce on the table is the way they served it to us!!! I almost forgot one thing I ordered a small plate of plain noodles for a two year old and they gave us butter garlic and I couldn’t even return it because they never came back to ask how we were at work to even give us a refills on our drinks
