I love their food it’s just that when you call sometimes it’s like customers don’t matter because they know someone else will order regardless if you don’t order cause they know that their food is good and that their hours are more convenient! Basically it’s not a “hi” it’s a “okay so what do you want cause I don’t have all day” and you didn’t even get to say anything… just what I know to be true and some others as well.

I give it a 2.5 star because the food is actually good. Now the owner needs to fire who ever he has working there answering the phone, i get that working in the food industry is hectic but if you can’t do the job without being kind, then don’t do the job. Whoever is working there was mad I a customer even called and then hung up on my face when I politely said I didn’t want the order anymore because of the way she was talking to me and then told me she is not going to make loaded fries right now.
