I’m not saying this place is racist , but what I’m saying is what took place in my experience. My wife and I walked into restaurant and a Caucasian couple followed immediately. The waitress took their order before ours. She delivered their food before ours and even though we finished our food before two couples before us we were the last ones to leave the restaurant. Then she asked if the noodles were OK. We replied they were not seasoned. … instead of the owner replying to the comment close the business for a weekend and take a trip to San Diego and go to a restaurant call rakiraki Ramen & tsukemen and replicate everything they are doing please . Also first come first serve.

One of the most sub-par ramen I’ve ever had but it might have been the result of the service. The person who initially took my order was nice. I had to go back in for a few things and the next guy I encountered was not very pleasant at all. It seemed like my request caused him inconvenience. I understand if you dont like your job but choose a different one if you’re not happy with it. Vegan options.

I came into eat with my husband to get out of the heat. Five minutes of siting there and we both started sweating. I requested the nice waitress to turn the air down. She told me she was not allowed to adjust the air temperature (76). It wasn’t the waitresses fault, I know, but who in their right mind thinks 76 degrees is okay for people to feel comfortable?! We could tell the waitress was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. The owner should be ashamed of themselves having their staff in such heat!! Just imagine the poor chefs!!!! I will NOT be coming back to this place. I do not want to support a business who treates employees like that. My waitresses service was wonderful and suggested really good items for me but I feel so bad for her. Shame on the management!!

Before I write this review I would like to give a special thanks to, Lan. She is an amazing waitress and such a kind person. You have to eat here, the staff is super friendly and food is beyond amazing! My family and I stopped here after our eye exams in downers grove and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the excellent service and food. The shrimp dumplings and pork buns are incredible, the perfect appetizers before a meal. The ramen was excellent. We got the Tokyo, the Garlic Miso, and the Kaisen. All of which were incredibly devine. We also got a few milk teas which were amazing as well. Thank you for the excellent food and service during these hard times. We will definitely be back for more.

Th Ramen was delicious. I got spicy garlic tonkotsu with an Asahi (one of my faves) and it was delicious. I’d say that I liked it a little more than Ramen Takeya in Fulton Market. The only thing is how far it is from my house. This’ll definitely be a place I’d consider if I’m in the area.

Ordered takeout, spicy ramen. Fresh, good quality ingredients but my son still hungry…lol. For the price they should/could do better with portions. Pork buns very good. Better to get tacos, chips and salsa…lol…or Buldak ramen and add my own fresh ingredients.
