My wife and I celebrated our wedding dinner at Apex in Deer Valley. The service was great! Very welcoming and accommodating for our little kid we received a high chair right away. The cocktails were tasty and not your average cocktails! The food was out of this world packed with flavor and we even received complimentary champagne for our celebration. Also you have to try the wagyu nachos, so tasty I wanted to order some to go! The views were excellent as well

Really good service and atmosphere. We enjoyed our dinner experience overall. Some of the plates were impressive and others were not great. I find Park City chefs in general tend to interrupt rare as medium and medium-rare as well-done. Maybe that’s just been my experience. Unfortunately they absolutely destroyed a quality piece of beef. Would likely not visit again and definitely wouldn’t take my chances on a steak. Probably the most well-done steak I’ve had in years and definitely one of the least enjoyable.

Be careful if you are eating here and not staying at the hotel. Parking (valet only) is $45 and the restaurant does not validate. So before you sit down dinner (or drinks) has already cost you $45 plus tip.

Nothing in this restaurant is worth the hype or price. The staff stand around the room staring at customers and will not leave you alone. The wagyu was not fresh, not cooked well, and seemed as if it had been frozen. The caviar was just anything from the grocery store. Concierge promised a direct window view and I get there and they tell me it’s not available yet there was only one other table dining the whole time I’m there. Do not waste your time or money at Apex.
