Outstanding food and service. Excellent steak, great cut cooked to perfection. I get the wings often too, very good! I have been coming here for years now and look forward to whenever I stop in. After not being able to stop for nearly a year, Brigitte still remembers my drink order too!

I’m very surprised that on their busiest weekend of the year (Sebring 12 racing event) In the daytime, the restaurant had 1 bartender ( took forever to get a drink), and no food available until 6 pm. You guys missed out on thousands of dollars of sales. I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t take advantage, and serve the hundreds of people around, and on the outdoor patio.

Bridget beat server and attentive to all. George is the cook and makes everything as you order. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and I am a very picky person to my meals. Thanks to them i avoided another fast food catastrophe.

The steak came well done when ordered medium rare. I had every intention of sending it back but the service was so poor we sat for legitimately 20 minutes before she returned to check in. The so called truffle fries where underwhelming as well I see no reason any one should spend a dime here

My main problem with this restaurant, they have an online menu and a scan at your table menu. They are not the same and caused order problems. The waitress spoke poor english and forgot part of our order. Our steak was cut in in two thin slices which caused it to be over cooked. Not a good experience.

Think twice before eating here! Heard they had great burgers so we went for lunch. Huge disappointment!! Ordered burgers medium and they were so well done that the undersides were totally crispy charcoal. The Apex burger is supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and red onion. We got cheese only and it was so overcooked on the burger it was barely noticeable. No other toppings. Drinks were never refilled. When asked about our meal, we were honest. Our waitperson shrugged. Upon leaving the acting manager approached us to say he hope we enjoyed our meal. Shared our frustration with him as well. We won’t be back. Save your money. Don’t mind paying for quality food but this experience was a total ripoff.

Our “Ladies Who Lunch” from a mobile home park in Lake Placid decided to go to the Apex Restaurant for lunch. First of all we could only choose 3 different menu items, we had to pay cash before we got our food and there was no take out aloud. I will not return. The restaurant was clean and well decorated and the servers were great. But the way we were treated as a group was not acceptable.
