If I could give it 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE. I had been excited to try this place for a while now. I finally went in. Being a friday afternoon you’d think it’d be somewhat busy. We were the only ones in there. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. We sat on a dirty table, we ordered. We got the basket of stale chips. Halfway through them we noticed sucked on and dried lime wedges in the basket!. (Which suggests they had been there for quite some time) I told the “server” to cancel our order. She asked why? I said “this is unacceptable” to which she very rudely responded “its not like I sucked on them put them in the basket and gave them to you like that, the basket was already made!” And walked away. What a very ignorant response. Having many year of experience in the restaurant bussiness I know the way food is supposed to be handled. They obviously dont get many people in which is why their dirtyness and stale food slipped through. Logically the way you handle and serve food has to be done with the outmost cleanliness possible. If the chips had been served fresh onto a clean basket there wouldn’t have been any leftover food from someone else. Im guessing she’s either related to the owner or is the owner. She was not wearing any kind of serving attire. Very unprofessional. No apology was made she ignored me when I tried to tell her that they need to be careful what they serve their customers. I guess we should have checked your ratings & reviews before we went in. Its no wonder you guys only have 2 stars.
