Not your everyday pizza for this southern boy. We had the Apollo Special & The Big Fat Greek Pizza. We also had the Grecian Mezza. Highly recommend the Mezza! Pizza was really good. This place is worth checking out!

The absolute best chicken wings in CT. I am pregnant and crave the bbq wings literally every single day and every time I wish I had more!!! They willingly give me all flats (which is a huge deal for me) and they never ever put the fries in styrofoam so they are ALWAYS fresh when they get here!!! If I had the money I would eat these wings every day. 100/10

I ordered a chopped chef salad and got a house salad in large pieces with onion and tomatoes. I then said never mind the salad I’ll take ziti and meatballs. I got the kids meal which came with 3 and added a 4th one on. When I got it home there wasn’t a single meatball in the ziti. Since Gus sold the place the pizza is pre fab and so bitter and nothing is held to the standard he kept at Apollo. Sorry to say I won’t go back there again.

This was a perfect place to stop for lunch while in town from Utah. Gus was very kind and helpful. The gluten free crust was so good! Would definitely recommend this local place. Pizza is so much better than at home. We loved our visit!
