This place was definitely a gem that I found. The atmosphere is like an old town dinner. They had indoor and outdoor seating which is nice on a pretty day. I highly recommend if you want good food for decent price.

BBQ was good. The street tacos weren’t authentic and definitely were white washed. I wouldnt even call them a taco. The actual BBQ and traditional southern food was fantastic. As a Mexican I wouldn’t classify your tacos as actual tacos. It’s more of BBQ on a cold flour tortilla. The traditional BBQ and southern food was off the chain good.

This little place in the middle of nowhere, has the best brisket, we have ever ate! Cooked and smoked to perfection. It falls apart when your fork touches it and melts in your mouth! They also have the best homemade potato chips around! Every chip is hot to the bottom of the basket!

A pleasant BBQ restaurant with great lunch specials. Shredded pork was moist and flavorful. Would recommend trying the brisket. Plates are a bit small (I had literally 3 hush puppies for a side). If you are a fan of BBQ I would definitely give this place a try.

What a gem! Unassuming atmosphere with amazing food. The brisket especially was top notch – but honestly there wasn’t a bad thing on our plates. We’ll definitely be back soon and work our way through the rest of the menu.

Don’t come here for the BBQ, you’ll be disappointed! But the fries are delicious! Seriously though, we paid $65 plus tip for pulled pork that had no flavor at all, ribs that had no smoke flavor (probably cooked in the oven) and were too dry, and the brisket had this funky electrical burn taste. The hush puppies were dry as heck. The “street tacos” were just the flavorless pulled pork with some Pico de Gallo thrown on. The inside of the restaurant was cute and the staff were friendly, but we will definitely not be coming here again!

Don’t walk, run to Apple City BBQ. We’ve been here several times now and it has been a wonderful experience each time. The food is incredibly flavorful, the staff is sweet, and the facilities are clean. I’m not sure what the people who left one star reviews are talking about, but I don’t think they went to the same restaurant I’m at! This is my favorite bbq joint in the surrounding area…we drive two hours just to get here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
