I just want to emphasize how amazing Erika is! She has been my server the last couple of times I’ve gone in and every single time I’m more and more impressed. I myself am a server so the service is always a big thing to me and in my opinion Erika goes above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed. The way that Erika even interacts with my 19 month old daughter is amazing and heart warming. Erika thank you for making our experience the best every single time we come! We appreciate you!

Walked in and the front door staff was so rude. As soon as we walked in no greeting, just there’s a 15 minute wait. I said ok could we get a table instead of a booth. She said no it’s 15 minutes wait were not seating anyone….. ok I understand there is a wait but I was asking if when it was our turn of we can get a table instead of a booth. She was very ride about the situation. We left we will not return to this location. 2nd time your staff has been rude. Starting to think it’s because of my service dog.

Go in to get food and drinks the drinks tasted like juice I don’t even think they put captains in mine and I asked for fresh bread sticks and they were not fresh. Never coming here again . Would put zero but I can’t. Fire your bartender or teach them how to make drinks

It would of been nice to have some air conditioning while I ate hot food. 90 degrees outside when I went and felt like 85 inside. Food was good, service was good. But turn on the air conditioner. Even the waiters and waitresses were using the menus to fan themselves from the heat inside.

The pretzels and beer cheese are to die for!! Crisp outside and inside melts in your mouth! Service was outstanding. A slight error was made on our order, but the server fixed it and went above and beyond to fix it.

I placed an online order and was there 2 minutes after the scheduled time. The fries were already cold. The coleslaw tasted spoiled. They didn’t put much flavor on the boneless wings. The burger was the only decent part about the meal. Was highly disappointed. Never had such awful food from an Applebee’s in all my life

We were a little annoyed that we were not allowed to put a chair at the end of our table so we didn’t have to sit shoulder to shoulder. They said it was a fire hazard. But there was literally like 10 feet of clearance behind where said chair would have been. As if there was a fire, the person sitting there wouldn’t move? So we were a little squished but otherwise it was a good meal and the service was good also.

Food is always great when eating in, or taking out. Only reason I’m giving it 4-stars is because of the wait time. I literally had to call when I was inside because myself along with at least 8 other people were standing there waiting!! Not one person came over to anyone. I called to let them know I was their picking up my to go order & they then brought it right out. Shout out to the guy who brought it right over tho! Thanks, lol!
