I went there two nights in a row at happy hour. The bartenders provide decent service, the drinks were good. I ordered the wanton chicken tacos which I did not like, they were greasy and sauce did not have a good smell. Most of my experience with food here has been great so will rate it 5 stars because they try their best and are open late night.

We aren’t able to give a review on food, because our order was never taken. We got a seat really quickly. There were 12 tables that were occupied in the restaurant. The servers in the dining areas were doing a great job of taking care of their customers. We ended up being seated in a booth in the bar area and weren’t really given a choice. Long story short, we left the restaurant because it took 25 minutes for us to realize the waitress in the booth, bar area, was not in any sense of urgency to come get out drink, appetizers or food order. There was a couple that waited at the door for a hostess, for what seemed like forever. We asked, In a joking manner, if they wanted to join us. They laughed and said yes, before a waitress finally noticed the hostess was nowhere to be found.

Worst hostess ever, took 10 minutes for her to acknowledge us, she said it would be a 15-20 minute wait and ended up being 45.. it wasn’t busy but understaffed.. no explanation, no apology for the wait.. our waitress was super nice and the food was as exspected.

Best Applebee’s we’ve visited. Ray was our server and he was great. We all had the unlimited wings deal and ate until we were bursting. Can’t fault this place, as 4 of us are for $60.

Really great customer service and food here. Everything is consistently well made and delicious. We had a hiccup with our delivery order and the manager was really wonderful and went above and beyond for us. This location will always be my favorite Applebee’s.

I had to leave unexpectedly, toddler meltdown, I asked for the food to be made Togo instead, the waitress brought over to go Tupperware, lovely, but it was particularly hard to place my food in the Togo containers when my toddler was having a meltdown, it would of been helpful if I had some assistance, instead of only providing containers Togo!
