Came with family of 4. Place was about 70% full with many empty booths. We were told there is a 15min wait in kitchen, which were fine with. Instead of offering us booth to sit and maybe some drinks to kill time (and for you guys to make some money?) we were told to just sit in the empty entrance. There was nobody else in line. That definitely made us feel welcomed, not. PS: wouldn’t hurt to get a hello and smile when we entered, instead it was just straight “how many?” with an attitude by the young lady.

Visited from out of state, my mom and I waited about 8 minutes in the front to be seated, as we were about to leave a server asked us if we needed help, and directed us to another sever to take our order. In the 15 minutes while waiting for the food a different server greeted and sat two other parties right away, the same server came back to us and asked us if we were waiting for a door dash order. I would give them zero stars but I’m not able to, but they deserve the one star since the food was okay.

Ate here on a Friday evening. We ordered chicken tenders (pretty good), half-rack ribs (very good), grilled chicken caesar salad (not bad but way too heavy on dressing), and a kids pizza (pretty good). Service was good as well. Overall I would recommend to friends and family.

We ended up waiting a little bit to get in and when we got in we had waited 15 minutes before being served. We watched other people come in that were right behind us in line and they had gotten served immediately. I still had a great time but I was a little disappointed.

Standard chain restaurant experience. Not very accommodating if you have dietary restrictions. We tried to order a hamburger with no dairy and they said it would have to come without a bun since all the buns are prepared in butter ahead if time. Not the place to go if you have a dairy allergy. Also the burgers were very greasy.

$2 for a Dixie cup size (about a tablespoon) of sauce! Not to mention the leaking roof all over the restaurant including the bathroom right beside an outlet (the women’s restroom is on the other side of the wall to the kitchen… can only imagine the products / supplies getting wet in there!) $55 I wish I never spent!
