“This is the best Applebees!” Said by NO ONE EVER. This place follows some backwards logic. This place will be at 40% capacity and they’ll tell you it’s gonna an hour wait for a group of FOUR. Then when they realize you’re resilient and won’t be scared off they’ll seat you in 5 minutes. They just seem to never want any business. They somehow also charge for a SIDE OF SAUCE. The only thing that could have made this dining experience worse is if they started charging for the air we breathe in this joint. If you’re looking for quality food and service, you’re better off going somewhere else.

Busy Saturday. Wait wasn’t long. Server was very nice. May have been new, couldn’t find a couple of items on his tablet. Drinks were good and so was food. Only complaint was not enough napkins. One of the dishes was Wings. Our family likes coming here.

The waitress spilled soda on me and did not offer any help in cleaning it up. She then gave attitude when handing me my food and never came back to fill my drink like she said she would. I’m disgusted by this business that I used to frequent.

I wish I could give more stars but I was disappointed coming here for my hour lunch. I was sat down. Waited 15 mins for someone to stop by to take my order. I’m not sure how things are run but I don’t understand why servers are not able to get drinks themselves. I waited a while for a lemonade that came after the entry I chose. Never witnessed this before at a Applebees.

Everything was decent until we figured out that the host sat my husband and I behind ppl with a toddler who was banging on the partition in between our booths. I was a host for Applebee’s in my 20s and that is a no no.
