Always a good time, from service to management Oneonta’s Applebee’s is super friendly, accommodating, patient (with my 4yr old, who whips his shoes off and starts dancing ), and you know the food and drinks are great!

Two stars because the waitress was nice. The food presentation got an F. Wait for food was too long. Giving small portions for the “All you can eat” is fine as long as you don’t have to wait long for refills. We waited a long time and the food came out cold. We didn’t get soda refills in a reasonable time. Other wait staff was standing around talking to customers. If they had that much free time, why didn’t they take other tables so our waitress could be freed up. Restaurant selection in Oneonta is terrible. But next time we’ll go to Burger King or head to Binghamton.

Great experience tonight! Great service, food came out so fast and was super good. Our waiter Matt was so professional and respectful, but also very funny. He makes the whole experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend requesting him, you won’t be disappointed!! He doesn’t make you feel rushed, cares about his customers deeply, and very fun! Will definitely be going again soon and requesting Matt!

Slight wait but it was lunch time so it was to be expected. We able to sit at the bar immediately. The Bartender was very pleasant and attentive. Great for a quick bite. The burger was fantastic, cooked perfectly. The waffle fries were great.

Our server and bartender, Matt and Courtney were great! Matt was good at recommending things and made us all feel at home. The only thing is when he was recommending he got a couple of our drink order wrong. It wasn’t a big deal since the drinks were still good. Courtney’s drinks were great!

My girlfriend and I eat here about every other month. We always ask for Matt. He has an amazing and outstanding personality and really helps us enjoy our experience. He’s always got a smile, always going around tables making sure people get what they need, also makes great recommendations when you aren’t sure what to get. We never fail to laugh when we get Matt. Food is always excellent and on occasion when it’s not, Matt is always quick to get it fixed for us. Absolute 10/10 experience here!

Matt’s clearly been doing this for years! He asked if we liked our drinks and we said they were just ok. Without asking he had the bartender remake them all for us. We had no expectations of that but appreciated his effort to make sure we had a great experience.
