We were a party of 7. Another party of 7 came in after us got seated before us served and were done before us. It took over an hour to get our food. Had to ask for a steak knife by the time it came steak was cold. Asked for pink in a burger it was well done. A family member did a to go order while I was there for me to bring home they would not hold the order until I was about to leave so it sat there for the 2 hrs while we were there. The drink was supposed to be frozen needless to say it was not frozen after waiting over an HR for our food.

I usually love going to this location but I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately. The lettuce was wilted and dirty. The broccoli was old and gross and our potatoes were burnt brown instead of the white color they’re supposed to be. I pointed out the salad and asked the owner/boss woman for a new appetizer for a replacement but the owner ended up charging us for them anyway and just taking 3.50 off our bill. I don’t see how that’s compensation for dirt in my food and my broccoli molding/wilting. It doesn’t seem like the women who runs the place knew what she was doing or cared to say the least.

This food makes McDonalds look good. The boneless wings were as hard a rock they were so hard that the wire in my mouth from my braces broke off. The pasta has like a weird taste to it and the nachos were stale. 0/10 will never come back :/

Me and my youth group come here every Wednesday night and we always have the best server Julie! She is an absolute sweetheart and does such a good job every time, she makes us feel like family whenever we come calling us by name and even memorizing our orders!

Food was not good at all . Ordered a whiskey burger medium. It as over cooked . The fries were salty . The appetizers was under cooked we ordered the classic combo. The spinach dip was burnt . The chips for the dip were soggy .

I have no idea what has gone on with Applebee’s in recent years. This used to be my favorite place to get a tasty steak with fries. I have gone 3-4 times in the last 2 years, and each time I’m left asking myself, “Why did I come here?” I’ve gotten burgers, steak, thinking maybe it was just the food I chose. WRONG! The only thing that they don’t disappoint me on are the drinks. I love a good mudslide. I don’t think I’ll be going again unless it’s for drinks.

Staff friendly efficient atmosphere was very chill. I felt comfortable came in a little after 11 am, the waitress was friendly and attentive. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and the 2/$27 with appetizer. Ordered a spinach artichoke dip with chips and two penne pasta with three cheeses. It was hot and delicious. The staff seemed to be happy and welcoming. Highly recommend this location.

Went here on Wednesday night 8/9 at about 7pm and the service was absolutely ridiculous! We had to ask someone to seat us after standing there for 10 minutes and not being acknowledged. We then were seated and sat there for 25 more minutes with absolutely no one saying anything to us. No waitress or anyone. It wasn’t that busy and there were at least two servers working. If they were understaffed which it didn’t seem like it would have been nice to at least be told that and offered an apology. The people next to us were just waiting to pay and go and when they told us they too had been waiting an entire two hours to get a meal we walked out!! I have a baby and cannot do that I mean cmon this is APPLEBEES it’s the McDonald’s of sit down not fine dining
