For starters This food was horrible once we actually went to pick up the delivery we were charged for… In all 4 different meals. I’m very disappointed in the amount of effort they took to prepare our food came to 70+ dollars plus tax then deliveries totaled about $90+ & to get a completely different persons food sat on the step & seeing your food has been delivered boneless wing n spinach dip, You can imagine our surprise! That’s on the DoorDash service call to restaurant to find our food is still there actually Ok fine we will come get it ourselves at this point. 5mins later nothing was even Warm to the touch not even Luke warm. This food was not right at all Chicken tenders (HARD) cold uncooked waffle fries, mozzarella sticks cold , chicken Alfredo horrible, had huge broccoli ends tht were hard & 2 actual small pieces, blackened chicken & shrimp cold mushrooms uncooked cause cancer was just tossed into the onion mixture. Now we have to basically cook the food we Ordered I’m very disappointed in the preps & cooks at this place as customers we deserve better! We spend good money for good well prepared food not DO IT YOUR SELF AT HOME PLATES I HAVE PHOTOS IM NOT EVEN GOING TO POST them all IM SENDING THEM TO CORPORATE OR THE OWNER myself so they can see what’s being prepared for guest.

So me and my sweetie decided to go to Applebee’s for lunch I always do like the atmosphere there for the most part it’s cozy, we decided to order the combo appetizer which includes wings, mozzarella sticks, quesadillas, and chips with artichoke spinach dip. We also ordered for an entrée full rack of ribs to split with a side of french fries. and a side of onion rings, the ribs came out before the appetizer, which is not that big of a deal even though it would’ve been nice to get the appetizer first, I asked about the appetizer, and then it arrived shortly after which kind of congested the table a little bit I split the entrée in half for my lady on to to separate plates so to get rid of the big plate that it sat on, there is no easy Way around the combo platter is just huge Applebee’s spinach and artichoke dip is always awesome as it was today, the fries were hot and good, onion rings were real. the wings were a little less desirable as they were boneless which I normally wouldn’t mind, but they were cold and seemed like they sat somewhere, and they just slathered some sauce on them. We did not eat them. We took them home. The ribs were flavored very well and they were tender, but it seemed like they may have been sitting somewhere also and a little dried out and lukewarm. When we receive them they weren’t that bad I just know that my lady and I enjoy ribs and making them, and we make killer ribs ourselves, which really fall off the bone, the service was fair. our server was very nice, but not as atentative as we hoped for, I can understand they may have been a little bit busy, but the place was half full, I cannot blame the server and will not blame a server ever. that boils down to management every time. we will always go back to Applebee’s. Their food is decent. The portions are decent and the atmosphere is always decent. it’s only once in a while thing for us. Happy dining to everyone else. This particular Applebee’s was located in Philadelphia. On Castor Avenue just off of Aramingo Avenue in the Port Richmond section

I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp my husband ordered the mac & cheese with chicken tenders however it wasn’t for his liking so we swapped it out for the steak mashed potatoes and broccoli Which was fabulous my waiter name is Kevin and he really took care of us I really appreciated his hospitality as well as the general manager I appreciate her hospitality this is a wonderful place to dine in

Jonathan was our waiter and he made the entire experience wonderful he was so attentive to my children. I really didn’t have to do much. Jonathan service is beyond amazing and it was pleasantly surprising coming from Applebee’s. I’m not sure if he was like oh a little leas or a supervisor, but he needs to be the general manager of the establishment because his presence and atmosphere and professionalism were again just beyond amazing. I really really will come back and request him as my server again and again.

Came in no hostess for 2 minutes, was shown high-rise bar seats but i wanted booth seating so waited an additional 10 minutes as they were using booths to store used plates and utensils got skipped by the host he attended a freshly new couple that arrived well after my party. Once we got service and placed our order, the food was quick and hot Ordered a endless entree and was not getting endless service. Only two refills, once as we got the bill. Only our alcohol beverage was offered a replenishment, never had our drink refilled. And our area was never swept even after i requested so, food was very visible on the carpet

My perfect margarita started me off right! The food came out fast. The bone wings were cooked perfect… I had a few minor problems, but that was just preference on my end 🙂 Other than that, EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL AND I WOULD COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I ordered their classic burger and fries with lemonade via UberEats and it was very delicious and well cooked . They did include ketchup ,and a moist towelette ,however there was no straw for my drink so I had to use one I had in my house. I would certainly order from here again and can’t wait to try out other items on their menu . I think this Applebee’s Grill and Bar is more than worth the money to order from either in person or online .

Stopped in with a group of 5 around 9PM. Was seated right away. Seated us in a booth with a chair on the end. Was told by the manager that the chair could not be where it was. Informed the manager that the hostess seated us this way. Moved to a table and that was not a problem. Took a while to get waited on to even order beverages. Once food was ordered (appetizers), it was not brought to the table all at once. Several items were missed. Applebee’s advertises 1/2 price appetizers after 9PM. You would think that the appetizers would be brought out together. It will be hard to visit again after this visit. Service is definitely not what I remember.
