This was a hot messssss seriously!!! Me and my family came in and we saw a table who was waiting for probably a good while the moment the young lady took our order their plates came out sizzling and then our plates all together came out ten minutes after theirs and my meat was not cooked well and still had red in it!!! I dont shame people who want their meat a certain way but i know what i want but after i give you an order it should never come out that fast like that i told the waitress take it back its a disgrace.. i used to be a manger at fast food restaurants around the mid 2000’s and a server before but we were properly trained back in the day .. the looks i got from hostesses (which i also was) was insane.. let me say this if you dont prep thoroughly cook or provide any shipment from these types of companies you cannot give off bad customer service(cooks, preps,cleaners,hostess, server) because i dont like my dish! If i feel a certain way like any one else would about their food and its not good or up to par yes we can go somewhere else but its all about being professional and handling the situation so it wont happen again! Otherwise hire people that actually care!

The place was practically empty and there was about 5 other team members standing around doing nothing. Waited over 15 minutes for our waters. We decided not to wait and stay so we got up and left. When we did the table behind us gave us a thumbs up and said they had been waiting over an hour for their food.

Staff were slow about things like refilling water or not bringing any more fries, when asked, but pleasant. There for the “All You Can Eat”. Chicken was not meaty at all, but the shrimp and ribs were nice! Great that you can mix-n -match ( get a different plate for the next round). Clean restaurant, not so much the bathrooms. Never felt hurried or rushed

I was seated right away. My server made sure to take care of me. When my food didn’t taste good, they swapped it out for something else. The service was really quick. I went in the middle of the day in the week and I would go back again to see if the service is the same on a busy day.

I had the worst experience ever in a restaurant in general. We order our food today and chose to get 2 of the 2 for $27 which included: (1)half rack double glazed baby back ribs , bourbon street chicken & shrimp and (2) three cheese chicken penne, and whisky bacon burger. To clarify on the menu we only had those 4 choices as special for 2 for $27. When the food got there instead of the whisky bacon burger I got the classic burger. I called the waitress to let her know I got the wrong order she replied: you only said burger! I said I pointed out to her and on the 2 for $27 only that burger was available. She said some times people want to save and so I put that burger. I was asked if I wanted the other burger to which I replied yes please. She went to the kitchen came back with the extra ingredients that were missing on the burger so I could put them on because according to her it would be cheaper. So my burger was never remade because the kitchen was to lazy to make it and the waitress wanted me to save $2.50. In the end I didn’t eat the burger but I paid for it and left a 15% tip for the waitress who according to her she was right and I was wrong. Will never go back to this or any other Applebee’s.
