Yo new management here is great I love it so much alot better then what they had before. Incredible service, very sweet, and actively coworkers. I went there tonight with my family and I ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp omgosh is amazing my taste buds were off the charts. It also come with mashed potatoes with grilled onions mushrooms peppers, and i devoured that whole thing I recommend it very delicious and fillings meal.

Our food was very good and prices were decent. Atmosphere was what we’d expect at any similar family style chain. Service was mixed. Our server was great – attentive and friendly. Waited longer than we should have to be seated. The restaurant only had a few tables filled and yet we stood for about five minutes before we were approached. The hostess was sitting in the bar with her back to the door talking with another employee. Saw her do the same after we were seated and another group stood waiting to get a table. Also, timing wasn’t good on our food. Our appetizer was immediately followed by our meals. Seemed like nobody was in charge to ensure a good experience for customers. A mixed bag of pluses and minuses.

This restaurant had sign that said “New Management”, so thought I’d give it a try. Was there in the past and not impressed with either the food or service. The place was clean and music not overly loud. However, this visit was made very pleasant by my waitress, Coco. As a woman who often dines alone, staff can be dismissive and think that a single, female diner won’t give a good tip. Therefore, the service can be lacking. However, Coco, proved me wrong in this visit as she was extremely courteous, pleasant, and thorough. She checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. I would suggest asking for her. Applebee’s needs more staff like Coco. I hope they know what an asset they have in Coco and treat her as such. Additionally, the Manager, Phil, stopped by to see how things were. More managers need to be proactive, greet, and check on all guests as Phil did. Hope he keeps this up. Regarding the food, I ordered the Fish & Chips. The fish was average for a chain restaurant. Tarter sauce was runny and not flavorful. I would suggest management invest in a thicker, more flavorful tarter sauce. Very disappointed, no Malt Vinegar for the fish. Who serves Fish & Chips without having Malt Vinegar!? Applebees needs to get a clue about Malt Vinegar and Fish & Chips! Fries were okay. Overall, I would rate the Fish & Chips, 3 Stars. Would have given a higher rating 1) if fries were crisper, 2) if the fish was a better quality, and if they had Malt Vinegar for the fish, which is traditional with this dish, 3) if they had a thicker, more flavorful Tarter Sauce, and 4) if the original Lemonade didn’t taste watered down and had that signature crisp tart, but sweet lemonade taste. My waitress, Coco, is why my rating was not lower. Again, Coco is 5++ stars as far as this frequent diner is concerned.

Came here on a Saturday, the place was very slow. The employees were just standing around. It took the waitress 10 mins to come take our drink order, and that’s when we ordered an appetizer. The appetizer was never brought out (she forgot to write it down). My margarita was way too sweet and watered down. We ordered our food and that took 25 mins to come out, it was not even hot. Only barely warm, and it was not very good at all. Also, the waitress never even came back once to refill our drinks. Terrible service. Will not be back here ever again!!

We went in ordered the 2 for 20 and they said they ran out of boneless wing for the appetizer. So we asked if we could have the bone in and we don’t mind an up charge since they didn’t have the boneless! She came back and said no they can’t. Seriously not my fault they don’t have any. Then I tried to order a side of coleslaw didn’t have that either so we ended up just leaving. This was our Applebee’s but I won’t be returning! I am sure she was new because I have not seen her before and she seemed nice but the person in charge should have been more considerate as they were running out of food! SMH
