Always great service! Appetizers and Drinks are 1/2 price M-F 3pm to 6pm and 9pm til close!! The bartender was generous and blended each drink deliciously. Kudos Applebees. Glad you are within walking distance from the house.

Terrible service. 10 minutes before the server acknowledged us. It took 30 minutes to get two prepackaged milks for my kids. It took another 10 minutes to get two coffees that we were told was brewing and came out warm not hot. Finally, it took us an hour and saying we were leaving to get the brownie ice cream we ordered. We never ordered anything difficult or that would take time to make. They weren’t even super busy and I watched our waitress essentially ignore us. She never came back to check on us. The poor runner who came in for the late shift ended up helping us the last 10 min we were there. Won’t be going back

We came in around 3:30. Very few people there. We asked for a booth, the guy wandered around and finally seated us. The server was equally confused, untrained, and unsupervised. Once we made our drink orders, it took 20 minutes to get all three drinks (two beers and a lemonade). Similar wait for our food order and then our food. I think I did see a manager, she made a snide comment when I was obviously looking for the bathroom. The food was fine and the staff was friendly. They are just crying for training and supervision. I wouldn’t go back and I won’t be surprised to see the place closed the next time I drive by. Too bad.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that they’re consistent. This location consistently provides a level of service that is subpar at best. Every time I go to this location the service is painfully slow. Which for the most part I can deal with because I’m not usually one to complain. I believe one needs to be rude to get your point across to your server, I make my tip reflect my level of satisfaction. Instead of dining in, I decided to order online & have it set at a time to be picked up later. I was deeply dissatisfied to find that my food was not ready when I got there. I ended up waiting 40 minutes before receiving it only to arrive home & realize that my food was not correct to order. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Very displeased with the food and service today. The food served at this location did not seem to be the same quality as the one in Stafford. Also, the restaurant wasn’t very clean. We noticed the floors could have used a good cleaning. Also, honestly, our service was just poor. The host was okay. The runner seemed more attentive than our server. I did notice 2 other tables she was waiting on when we got there, however, later on in our meal, we were it and she was still MIA. Then we asked for boxes to go. It was 4 people, she brought 3 boxes. I am picky about customer service and was not pleased with tonight at all. I feel very confident I will not return to this Applebees again.

Awful service and experience! We are not from the area, and as we were driving back to MD decided to stop by this restaurant to have a meal with our 1 year old daughter. We were greeted and seated, our server stopped by and said she was our server and she’ll be right with us. She never came back, she walked by us 3-4 times and acted as we were not there. An hour went by, and the server never again stopped at our table. Our daughter was hungry and crying, as her dinner time has passed and there’s nobody trying to serves us food. We got up, and started getting our baby ready, our server sees us doing that, and walked pass by us again without acknowledging us. We started walking outside the hostess just stared at us, and the manager didn’t even apologize, open the door for us, and said bye. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We arrived and were seated within a couple of minutes. Ordered drinks and waited 25 minutes to get them. At that time the waitress took our food order. 25 minutes later we still had no food, not even a simple salad. Needless to say we asked for our bill to pay for drinks and left. Very poor service at best!

Horrible experience! We walked in and every table was covered with old dishes. They handed us a menu which was also filthy. This place is not family friendly either! The bar is in the middle and guests were drunk and cursing nonstop. When the drunk guests left the bar tender and coworkers started cursing. It was almost 30 minutes before drinks. The food was okay but we were always waiting.

I went there Monday night. I ordered mozzarella sticks and fish and chips. I waited a long time for both orders. I asked the the waitress what was the problem. She told me they only had one cook and it was the manager. When the fish and chips arrived the fries were lukewarm and the fish was not totally cooked. The manager did not come out to apologize and only gave me 15% discount. With this type of service I see
